I love Andy’s Frozen Custard and usually have a great experience, but this time my Oreo Concrete was a bit disappointing. It hardly had any Oreo pieces mixed in, which made it taste more like plain custard. The flavor was still good, but I was hoping for more of the signature mix-ins throughout.

Quality from this location these days is so off and it's deteriorating slowly.. Initially it used to be my to go spot.
Nothing special, no inside seating in Dallas area in the summer so keep that in mind.

Party of 5 (3 children), place was recommended by our friends. We did the walk up option vs drive through. Young lady at the front counter was very rude, made us feel like we were bothering her. We spent $21 and arrived at 5:30. Family laughed it off but being rude to customers in unacceptable.
