Food quality is bad. Nothing is fresh. Drive the extra 10 minutes to a real BBQ place.Ordered some food to go and the sausage had to be a minimum of three days old. Beans were half cold. Way too expensive for what it’s worth.

Way way to expensive, $20 for lunch not much meat, and I drank water. I won't be back. tables were dirty, and they had supplies stacked on tables where I was sitting. Not a good experience. And I have ate much better BBQVegetarian options: could have offered corn.

The food was awful all of it! My husband and I even noticed the smell of the food was off. We came here 6 months ago and food was fine then but this time spent $40 and I completely threw my food out and couldn’t get through it. Such a waste and disappointment. That was not cheap.

I’m not going to mention the food cause it was decent overall; but the service. Side eyes when we walked in, not even a small smile just an annoyed straight face. Said we had order for pickup, we were a couple minutes early but shouldn’t have been too far ahead of them. Only had the meat ready, they had to warm up the sides. would have forgotten the sauces, condiments, everything if we didn’t spell it out for them. Had to reach and get our own drinks cause they were staying as far out of sight as possible. It is New Year’s Eve, but we appreciated them being there and had walked in expecting to be easy and quick for them. However they made it difficult with the attitude they presented to us.

Went for a sandwich plate. The bread was so stale that no amount of sauce could save it. At $21 for a sandwich 2 sides and a tea you'd be much better off going to a real bbq restaurant that takes a little pride in their product. The 2 stars was for the nice people working here. The food was half eaten and thrown away.

Made arrangements with Silver to pick up our turkey before 11am on Thanksgiving day. Prior to talking to her I had called another Dickeys who said I could pick up on Thanksgiving Day as well so this is very routine. My husband calls the day before and Silver tells him they will be closed tomorrow..contradicting our original plans. This was all through text message. Then she calls me back acting confused blaming my husband who she claimed insisted he pick up turkey that night. When I told her no I wanted to pick up on Thanksgiving day she said it was too late because she had already put it in the oven. Irritated at my husband he showed me text where she had in fact told him no-one would be there on Thanksgiving and they were closed (other stores were open)... Weird. When confronted, instead of apologizing she continued to place blame on me and my husband. Very shady.

I added a review related to my 7/4 visit and after a few days saw an update on Yelp asking me to send them an email so that they can make it right. i immediately sent them the email. Since then, it has been crickets. No response received, nothing done.
