Came in tonight at 9:50pm and sat down at the bar with my wife. Only 2 other people sat at the bar top. We each ordered a drink and then ordered food once the drinks arrived. Bartender seemed like he wasn’t happy we were there. That was the extent of any kind of service from the bartender. He was doing closing duties then spent about 5 minutes leaning on the bar talking to a different staff member turned away from us while I was trying to flag him down for a 2nd drink. That didn’t happen either. Didn’t make sure we have silverware (missing a silverware/napkin). Someone else ran our food and he didn’t ask us once how it came out or if it was good after we were done (my burger had the wrong bun, not a big deal but still). Then to top it all off, I set my card down and we literally saw him look at it as he passed by, then stop right in front of us to watch the football game, then continued to ignore us while we waited to pay and kept walking. Really disappointing. Will not be going here for bartop service again.

Great great great place. In town for work and drive by many times. Wish I had stopped in sooner. Will definitely be back again. Had brisket tamale's and pull pork tacos. Very reasonable priced for such a great place and entertainment
Yet another amazing experience at Marty B’s. We always get great food and service here, but Pierce is a cut above when it comes to exceptional service. He is genuine and personable, perfectly available and attentive. It was a pleasure to observe his interactions with others on a very busy pre-holiday Friday night. Y’all keep him around as long as you can, but he’s bound for great things!

Food is overpriced! and nothing special, food quality is like a large chain restaurant not what you typically find at a Texas BBQ joint. The brisket has horrible flavor it tasted more of a dirty smoke more than anything…. Spend your money at a better joint if you’re looking for BBQ.

We visited Marty B’s for our annual Christmas Dinner for DON JUAN’s Barbershop Family 💈 and had such an incredible evening. Everyone ordered their favorite meals— I chose the Blackened Salmon with asparagus and a sweet buttered potato, and it was cooked perfectly. My husband had the Brisket Enchiladas with all the fixings, and he loved every bite.
After dinner we headed out to the terrace to enjoy the live band “MEMBERS ONLY.” OMG—if you haven’t had the chance to see them, you are definitely missing out! The whole night absolutely rocked, y’all. What a gem of a band. 💎
