Awesome pizza and helpful staff. What areal pizza parlor is all about!
We normally love Roundtable Pizza and typically go to the SMU location. Our visit there yesterday was not worth the hour drive. The pizza was undercooked and definitely not up to their usual standards. I complained to the bartender/employee and she offered to resolve the issue immediately. Her resolution was to have the staff put the same pizza back in the oven until it was petrified. Definitely not what I'd call quality customer service. We'll not be rushing back anytime soon.
We order a pizza and the salad buffet with drinks. The salad bar had nothing stocked. There was literally enough for two salads and all the salad toppings were covered in gnats and flies. So I ask if I could just have one of their pre-made salads. Pictured below. $8 for a dead salad. Whatever. I let it be. But then the day after my family and I get sick to our stomachs.
