Too busy for their staffing. Took more than 15 minutes to get our order which I think is ridiculous and made us late for school and work. If I had known it would take so long we wouldn't have come. We actually couldn't hang out any longer to wait for it, so had to walk out without our drink order. Will not be coming back to Starbucks it is over rated and not worth such long waits.

Ordered an everything agel toasted with cream cheese...and a latte. Gave me the bagel, no cream cheese, no knife. When I asked for both they said: Did you pay for the cream cheese? I said yes, you can check. Then she told me: We don't have knives. I asked: so how am I supposed to put the cream cheese on the bagel? She said, I don't know...... Not helpful, not nice. Someone else said: we do have spoons...maybe you can use that? So I took that. Poorly stocked, rude salesperson.

Good location, but be aware in morning. Waited literally 20 minutes and eventually left with no coffee after I paid. Just a zoo with dozens of customers and no way to deal with timely delivery of coffee.

Really rude employees for no reason I just asked how long they thought the drinks would take because I have my dog in the car so i would be waiting out there and they got really frustrated overall bad attitude especially from the larger Mexican guy wearing a mask who was taking orders

Food and coffee smacked, great service. Pulled up at 8 AM expecting it to be crazy but as soon as we pulled up to the window our drink and croissant were ready. 2.5 stars is exceptionally low for the solid service we recieved today.

I ordered a tall matcha iced tea with oat milk. The service was amazing. They were very polite and I think one of the persons names was Reagan and Reagan was very kind and quick with our order! I totally recommend this place.

Overall the staff is nice. However, it isn’t always consistent. Example, I ordered an iced latte and received a hot latte. Which isn’t horrible but when I said that it was supposed to be iced the person working just said “oh sorry.” It was just disappointing. Again this isn’t a bad location. I just wish they would do a little better.

Ordered a decaf mocha they gave me a hot chocolate, ordered a pistachio chocolate roll it NASTY Tasted like raw dough and had NO flavor. Go to Dutch Bros instead or 151 Cofee. Plus they don't take cash, they had to give me cash back with rolls of quarters, dimes $1 and $5. Who doesn't carry cash.

This location is consistently out of iced coffee. I know its getting cold but I prefer iced coffee all year. The one in Kroger is never out of the items this one seems to run out of or the “truck didnt drop off”. They do have fast service and its generally not packed here.

Today was extremely frustrating and disappointing. My daughter ran into the store to order 1 drink at 7:50am. At 8:05 she hadn't returned, so I went in to check on her. At 8:10 I asked the cashier about the drink and she noticed that the order didn't go through in their system. At the same time, we ordered a cookie because we figured my daughter could eat it while we waited on the drink. The drink was made at 8:15, but we were still waiting on the cookie. 15 minutes later we walk back up to the food station and ask about the cookie. It had been sitting on the delivery table with the other food the entire time, but it didn't have a name label on it. To wait almost 40 minutes for 1 drink and a cookie is unacceptable guys. Get it together, label your food, put your orders in the system.

I went to the drive through at this starbucks this Sunday morning at 7;24 am. The manager came over the speaker to tell we they were not open yet but would be with me in a minute. The posted hours show they open at 5:30am. I drove some distance to this location based on those posted hours. I waited several minutes but didn't have the time to wait any longer. They were polite for sure but they were not HONEST about the time it would take to serve me and they were not open 2 hours after the posted time. I'm not looking for anything free or complimentary which was offered. I wanted an honest assessment of time it would take to serve me not "a few minutes" and then "it will be right out".I'm visiting family in this area and will never go to this location again. I've gone to starbucks daily for 25 years and I will continue to do so in other markets. I understand when employees don't show up for work. My issue here is with customer service. I didn't have time to wait, I said that, they should have been honest and said they wouldn't be able to serve me instead of having me wait and making my family members late. I would not write this review had they just told me we are sorry our employees didn't show up this morning and we can't serve you until x time.
