This location is the worst. I ordered the Friday special, a turkey sandwich, along with a soda. When I went to the beverage machine, chunks of ice came out, which had dirt all over them.

I am REALLY mad at myself for not leaving a review sooner!!! I have gone here for years every Thursday after Tae-Kwon-Do right down the street, and I have never, and I guarantee you I never will have a problem with it! As with any restaurant, you might get a wrong order every once a month, but that is just part of the restaurant experience and not Subway's fault! Even if they do get your order wrong, they are super apologetic and offer to make a new one free! The employees are super kind and nice! After coming for a long time, I always see a smile when I walk through those doors. The food itself is wonderful! Absolutely 11/10 it is so good! I think that the employees deserve a raise. I don't care what their payroll is, give them a raise either way! They've earned it! I can't tell you how great it is, you have to try it to know!

It is difficult to buy in this place, the person who serves has a genius that is not suitable for serving the public. It is unfortunate that this chain has staff that are not capable of serving the public.

The person who serves is not friendly to customers. I have attended this place on two occasions and it has been the same, the poor service. Could it be because we are Latinos? He is not a person suitable for public service.

This subway is useless. I’ve never had a correct order from here. We ordered food delivery and they forgot all our chips all the drinks and of course the guy brining food couldn’t speak English. the service fees are outrageous and the bread was hard as a rock. I should know better. $51 bucks for 2.5 subs and it comes like this. I called 7 times before someone answered and all they said was “well you can come get them or request a refund through the grub hub app” which I didn’t use in the first place. Had to leave a family event to go pick your drinks.

What is the point of online orders if when you get there at time of pickup and they have not started. Rude employees on top of that. Going down hill. Pre paid for a Diet Coke and they are out of all diet. Refund?

Good facility and staff
Today was a sad visit ! I have been several times with no issues then today I came and ordered a drink and then after I paid realized no ice ! Got back to my office and my bread is super stale and hard as a rock I can’t bite it ! Hope this is just a way to bring awareness to the issues and they can fix what’s causing the downfall ! I will return to check it again !
