We had the chicken Shwarma wrap and Cobb salad. The chicken on the wrap was a little dry but the rest was on point. The Cobb salad was great and a great size to split.

We familiarized ourselves with the menu before we went and we were excited to celebrate our wedding anniversary. However, we were given a sheet of paper with about ten entrees on it as a menu and it wasn’t the same menu. It was a very disappointing menu. We were told that they had a new chef. We tried to order a frozen margarita from the menu for $8 but were told that they no longer had a margarita machine. So we got the margarita on the rocks but were charged $10 instead of $8. That was a reasonable price but we were confused about why it was $2 more. Iced tea and water were delivered in plastic “solo” cups. Ketchup was served in plastic “to go” cups. The food was pricey but not upscale and just average. The atmosphere was rustic which is fine but bland. Needless to say, we were disappointed with all the changes and we won’t be back, sadly.

Went for the entertainment which was fabulous but drinks and food were way over priced. Slow service even though not busy at all.

We arrived on Saturday morning at 11:15 for lunch and pulled up to find the restaurant empty despite advertising on the wall that they open at 10 for brunch on saturdays. We walked around to the back to see if there were employees back there that could help us, but it was completely empty. My husband tried the back door and it opened. He was able to walk inside the restaurant, but no one was there. I don’t know if they had an emergency or what, but I would encourage management to check in with their staff to make sure the restaurant is being properly locked up at night so that people aren’t able to walk in looking for help to find an empty restaurant. We would still love to try this place, but we’re a little confused on why it was empty this morning.

On my first visit, I carefully reviewed the menu, which featured an impressive selection of appetizing options. Although the hospitality was adequate, the service unfortunately fell short as we waited for our order to arrive for over 45 minutes. Surprisingly, new patrons were served promptly. To our disappointment, we never received our food and ultimately left.

The waiters took our order. Unfortunately we never received our food and didn't get an update on what was taking so long. The restaurant was not overly busy and seemed to be staffed appropriately. After seeing people who arrived after us get their food, we finally decided to leave after 45 mins. We were looking forward to trying the food as the menu and items in their photos looked great. After our experience we probably won't give it another try.
I've been there a number of times, but it's been three months or so since I went last. I typically get appetizers, because the entrées are very pricey. Previously, I thought the quesadillas were the best I've ever had, but this time they've change something in the recipe and it wasn't good. They also used to serve candied jalapeños with it, but they changed that too. The ones they brought weren't good. I know things change, but this was pretty disappointing. They also overcharge for music. I will still go, but my visits I've gotten fewer and further between.
The Bartonville Store/Jeters is not what it used to be. Since it was Friday evening we made a reservation for 6:45. Prices way higher than they used to be-$30 for a salad! Menu had changed our favorites were no longer available. They were out of all soups...and one other item that was ordered. The waitress we had was terrible! Had to ask 3 times for a glass of water...finally got it 20 minutes later. Ordered a 2nd beer, had to remind her 15 minutes later. Food was cold when we got it and part of the order was wrong. The bill came-$132 and we paid with a $100 bill and a credit card with instructions to put what was over on the card. When waitress came back she had charged entire bill on the card and kept the $100 for a tip! Complained...it took 4 attempts to get it right and was spoken to rudely by more than 1 member of the wait staff. Oh we were originally charged $40 for entertainment fee! We arrived at 6:45 band didn't start until 8:45...we were not told about the entertainment fee when we were seated. They did remove the fee from our bill after a lengthy discussion. Used to love place...we won't go back.
