Last couple of times I’ve been here they have messed up my order. It’s been about three weeks ago I did not receive my rolls, Last week I received someone else’s order and today messed up the order again. I probably will not be coming back to this location

Visited CE on my lunch break today at 12noon. The line was not long at all! Drive thru staff was very professional.y food was piping Hot and Fresh!! I am so happy with the service and food quality. I travel to Bay City for work daily and getting a great lunch is important. I will be back!

Chicken tenders were skinny as a pencil and completely burned, not edible, fries tasted like burned oil, tea tasted like sugar concentrate. Avoid this place, dog wouldn't even eat it.

I had my doubts seeing as how far down hill all of the chicken places have gone in the past few years. But these guys are on top of their game. The place was clean, employees were respectful and and acted like they had self pride. Food was hot and fresh. Spicy tenders were good and spicy. And they have the good fried apple pies like McD used to before they changed to baking them. I will definitely eat here again.

Ordered 2 piece fish fillet with okra and hush puppies. Everything was awesome. Will order that again ! Be patient - fish takes a little extra time to prepare.

Chicken tenders were hard and cold. Macaroni and Cheese was so bad, the noodles were completely mush. This is not the first time that the food was sub par but decided after a year to give them another chance. Really disappointing

People need to realize you can’t cook chicken in 5 minutes. I expedience a rude customer come in yelling. The manager was very polite and handled it well. I will definitely keep coming here!
