Great experience this Friday night. I sat and ate at the bar. Jaz was very attentive and gladly catered to my custom drink requests. The food was great. Everything came out quick and hot and was very good. The manager (heavy set dude with a beard) was walking around making sure each table was enjoying their visit. This was nice to see. In all, I enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back.

Missing items in a take out order is a total bummer. Ordered fajita entre and didn't get tortillas, by the time we went ALL THE WAY BACK the whole meal was cold. Once reheated we realized our queso was missing too. 2nd time this has happened and so not likely to ever go back.

I ate at Chilis and everything was fine until I noticed who I think was the manager, had a lot of visible flakes on his shirt and beard. He was going in and out of the kitchen which made my stomach feel uneasy. I assume there should be some kind of food-safety standards…

The service was great However it was Freezing in the restaurant and when my son ordered nachos there was a long hair in it. He didn't want to send it back but myself, husband and waitress all suggested that he should. Loosing his appetite we boxed the new nachos and brought them home, he dumped the nachos upside-down on a plate from home, heated them up in the microwave. I pulled them out for him and notice a TON of little tiny beared or mustache hairs all over the plate and bottom of the nachos!!! I ended up making him new ones poor guy just wanted some nachos. Do not eat here we will NEVER again!

The staff was great. They are friendly and very helpful with great attitudes. I ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta. Which i took to go. The only problem was that the pasta noodles weren't done completely.

Normally get the baby back ribs, but today has the be worse ribs. I couldn’t separate the ribs without cutting with a knife. Then ribs so tough I couldn’t chew them. New cook? I don’t know it worse I ever had there.

If you stay in their lane, burgers, ribs, and steak, you'll rarely be disappointed. For other menu items, your results may vary. I typically order the hamburger and I love it. Their fries are the thicker type, but they cook them consistently perfect.
One negative, one of our party ordered a draft Michelob Ultra and it was just horrible. They replaced it with a bottled one, which tasted as expected. Maybe time to clean or replace the draft beer lines?

Should have turned around and left when my first experience was the hostess playing with her friends at a booth in the bar area, whole time I was in there I felt like no one wanted me there and had to go find someone when I needed a refill, got my food it came out bland(chips, salsa, Old Timer burger and fries) had to wait around for the manager to come to the table and when I left the waitress was standing in the back smiling like the Cheshire Cat because she could go back to playing on her phone or whatever she was doing before I got there because I was the ONLY person in there at almost 6pm
