Friendly people, nice environment to an extent, I would have given it four stars but I had to turn around for my gravy and they skimped me out on my gravy. I got half a cup of gravy, want to treat me that way three stars all the way
Went to pickup another order and told them I was shorted 2 biscuits on my first order. The shift manager rudely informed me that I was not shorted because cashier had rang up the deal. I told her no that we had paid full price on our earlier order. She said she had to see our previous receipt from 30 minutes prior even though the cashier remembered us. Over 2 biscuits!!! The place is crazy busy since opening. My thing, why does the chicken taste so bland?? Like there is no seasoning. Every chicken joint has a specific flavor, and church's chicken now is flavorless. But when I go eat the chicken in Victoria, it's delicious and tastes as it should. For as much as the prices are there add some flavor!!
