Something changed with their Mushroom Swiss buttery Jack recipe. The burger doesn't cut the mustard like it used to. Not just this location either. It's across the board. Quality has diminished as the price has increased.
There's better burgers for the same price in town. I used to love Jack in the box and it's a real shame.
Tacos still slap tho. Never change.

Woman at the drive thru today purposely drops my change or card every time i come thru. It has happend multiple times, I've only been there 5 times and she has been the 1 at the window 4 of 5 times I've gone, & she always drops my money or card so I have to get out and get it at the drive thru. I'm a disabled veteran with hip replacements. She then smirks and says "oh sorry". My niece witnessed this today and said yes she 100% did it on purpose. I didn't want to believe that but it very apparent today. I just won't go back. All ordered was a soda I have a hard time going in because I'm disabled. Not sure what the issue is. She worked sometime this evening on Saturday around 7ish pm.

Went thru drive thru around 7:10 pm Saturday today or 4/5/25 the receipt said the name of the girl working driv thru name was Mary & I'm sorry but the girl has a horrible smell I can smell thru the window & I'm not trying to be funny. Pretty girl, bad odor! I've noticed this when dinning inside as well she handed me my food & my daughter commented on it too privately. It's smells like bacterial vaginitis. I'm an CNA so I know the smell. I don't have the heart to tell her. It's a fishy booty like odor & maybe she is so use to it & she doesn't notice it. I hope she figures it out soon I don't think there's alot of ppl that would want their food made by someone w/an odor & we don't know her bathroom habits. I hope she washes her hands but I mean she can't even smell her own cat stinking so Im not hopeful. If you get Mary & smell a fishlike odor thats her & maybe you will have it in you to tell her. If her name is not Mary whoever worked Marys draw tonight. I was going by receipt.

I went to this location twice in two weeks and both times no RANCH and when I asked about when it will be available, since it wasnāt for two weeks I was nonchalantly told they donāt know. Every time Iāve been here service is poor! Get it together
My husband and I went to the one in Bay City. He was looking for ketchup and couldn't find it in the mixed up container. Little info he had a stroke that left him with some cognitive issues. Well he asked and the girl got angry yelling and slamming the door then bad mouthing him in the cook area. When confronted I was asked "What's wrong?". Never again. More courtesy and compassion is needed in this crappy world.

I was driving through and went out of my way to go there by nearly 30 minutesā¦ the food was good, not great. I went inside to use the restroom and wanted to get my order to go, but the cashier said he wouldnāt serve me anything and I had to leave š³š„ŗšÆ it was still 10 minutes until closing but he said I had to go through the drive through (thatās weird right?) I was starving and had to not let myself get upsetā¦ I shrugged it off and went to the drive through and got stuck behind someone with a big complicated order and sat there for at least 10-15 minutesā¦ I asked for ranch and got ketchup, no napkins and the bathroom was frightening!! The toilet was leaking all around the base and the floor was soaked and it smelled like urine. You can see itās been caulked numerous times to no avail and it smells like sewage and urine, damp and moldy. I was trying not to judge bc it was obvi that they canāt get it under controlā¦ but it was so gross that even though I was starving and my food was ok, I still couldnāt eat it bc of the plumbingā¦ If the restroom is like that, I canāt imagine what itās like in the kitchen. Itās too bad too bc I really love my Jack in the crackāo ālackin šš¤š¼ but the whole experience was just off putting. I hope they can step up their game and improve incase I go through there again šÆš«¶š¼š¤š¼
