The drive-through speaker does not work nor the inside phone speaker (I tried to call my order in). Customer service is great, but the owner/manager does not care for the facility. I've been in town for 5 weeks and this will be my last visit. I've been here twice, with no 3 strikes your out for me.
Now here is another establishment that appreciates her customers and makes you feel special in the way she responds so sincerely positive to whatever your request are . You can see she has been in customer service a bit and doing what she does is just is apart of who she is . A smoothly run operation the whole staff actually appear to enjoy making our day by cooking our suppers ♡♡♡
Pizza is good, but why does it always take 45 minutes to an hour to get my pizza when I order it online well ahead of time. They always have the exact same excuse when I walk in too. Oh, it never came up on the computer... Oh there it is now. Yeah, that story is old at this point.
