I found the food to be bland or safe for the average 75 year old person , compared to the old Los Cucos resteraunts the flavor and authenticity was not there, I was hoping this would be the new go to spot..

This is more an upper scale mexican food. Quite expensive but generous portions and good service. Do watch your bill with large groups. We were all charged with things no one had.

I’m not a reviewer but I know yall put so much effort in to this restaurant to have it run into the ground by your staff. I sit at the bar once a week on Fridays. I drink wine every time. The girl remembers my wine. Kitchen gets the order wrong every single time and the a pain to my catholic heart throws away instead of giving my husband. No alcohol drinks refills offered. Chips come after 15 min. Sits on the phone the whole time. Wine glasses taste like salt. Yall have better wine, food, and ambience…..Vallarta kills it due to the service and attitude of the staff i’m usually not a complainer, but i don’t want to see yall go away because y’all do have better food and wine.

The “BEST” Mexican food we’ve had in a long time, red and green sauce “YUMMY” and the margaritas were “EXCELLENT “and we will go back! Mr Longoria (manager) is super nice and the service was “GREAT”!!!

I've always enjoying comming to Los Cucos. This was my second time comming to this location since it's opened. Must say big improvement over the last time. Food flavors were on point and overall great. Our server was also fantastic 👏

Went on Friday night and ordered the Poblano Fajitas and Cucos Fajitas. The cucos fajitas were thin cuts of meat. Poblano fajitas had really thick cuts of meat, looked delicious, on the first bite it had a putrid/rotted taste, it took me 2 chews and I spit it out. My wife tried it and spit it out instantly. We told the waitress and she called the manager, he said the both fajitas were from the same pack as if we were making this up. I told him he could smell it or taste it himself, he said he would take it off and never came back to check on us. I ended throwing up in parking lot and felt horrible all night and this morning as I am leaving this review. I really hope they do better and check to see what they are serving their customers. Waitress gave good service, but the manager could have been more approachable or caring towards his customers.
