Ordered a large pizza along with 3 sauces. We get to the pick up window & a young woman handed us a pizza with two sauces before we could get her attention to tell her we were missing a sauce She had walked away, so we went ahead and checked the pizza and realized our basil pesto sauce was missing. Went into the store to let them know about the missing sauce and the missing topping to which the employee replied “oh OK“ then took the pizza to the back, came back up to the front again and told me “it’s going to be a minute we have to thaw the sauce and heat it up”. this shouldn’t have been a problem since we called before we placed the order online to specifically ask if they had the basil pesto sauce in stock because we have ordered it multiple times previously and have never received it. We get the pizza about 10 to 15 minutes later and of course it’s already cold. We decide to take it home anyway and toss it into the oven. We then noticed that we were missing another topping. We had ordered grilled chicken and there was absolutely not a spec on the pizza. Very disappointed with Pizza Hut, Bay City, Texas and will probably not be ordering again.

My experience at this Pizza hut was the Best ever. Johnathan made sure our order was correct. He made sure we got exactly what we ordered without having to call and come back several times. He has a great attitude about Customer Service. He seems to love his job. A really appreciate that. You deserve 5 stars.

After receiving my pizza order last night I am now ill, coughing sneezing and I threw up all the food that was delivered.the pizza was separated from the other slices, it looks like the driver or even store employee separated it. I reached out to the store and your employee Kimberly wouldn’t even let me speak without talking over me. The whole conversation is recorded and I plan on putting this experience on social media. We spent too much money ($67) last night to get pizza that was messed with because no tip was on the receipt. It took over 35 minutes for the pizza to even arrive from only 7 minutes down the road. The pizza and breadsticks weren’t even a little bit warm. I’m going to reach out to my bank and get all my money back from this experience. I will not be ordering Pizza Hut here again. I refuse to be argued with when it can be proven the whole experience happened. Instead of getting to the bottom of it I’m called a liar instead. And Kimberly, I wouldn’t hire her to watch my dog much less operate a business. She was like talking about how her daughter got sick not too long ago, like my kids or myself know these people. My kids aren’t subject to the same things hers are, so there’s that. Very rude and unprofessional. And Kimberly, if you know so much about giving medical advice why the hell are you working at Pizza Hut, don’t be practicing without a license, that’s also against the law!

I only order food when I know Jonathan is making pizza!! Every time I order pizza and Jonathan has made it, i can taste the love and effort that he puts into it plus the pizza's he makes, look better than the commercials. He always treats me like family when I use the pick up windows. I highly recommend asking for Jonathan to make you pizza tonight and if you can, ask him to make you pizza hut's nacho cheese fries! The seasoning of fries they use goes great with the nachos cheese.
We haven't had Pizza Hut in years, I was disappointed in their pizza, the sauce was kinda gritty

This was the driest pizza I’ve ever had! The crust was crispy and there were plenty of toppings, but the pizza was dry, dry, dry! Not enough cheese or sauce. Service was good. Food. Not good. I could have made my own frozen pizza better :(

When you order pizza with pineapple and get the whole pineapple.... not very pleased. You order a free pizza from rewards and they UN REWRD you with a poor job on making it. Like who the heck would want a pizza like this...
