Worst sonic experience ever. They were open, no one answered for our order at the car hop spot, then we went to the drive through where the lady could clearly see us and never spoke to us or even motioned for us to wait a minute. We waited at the 10 minutes to long and drove away 😡

Terrible customer service had to press the button at least 5 times before even being answered waited over 25 minutes for a DoorDash order I refuse to even eat here with the way these people treat customers and they slow as hell

Cashier did not say hello or anything which is not that big of a deal to me but not good for customer service. Food is Sonic so that's OK I guess. The drive thru windows smells so bad like a dumpster. That is so nasty, I already paid for my food so I guess my dog will have himself a burger today. Grounds aneed to be washed and dumpster area needs to be cleaned

These people have horrible service, it takes 20 min to take one order. I waited in for 25 min and they had 2 cars in front of me. These workers can make someone go out of business quick.

Tried phoning them twice to ask why my online order wasn't giving the happy hour half-price discount. No answer either time.

Plus, the last several times I've ordered online, the food has never been ready within 10 minutes of the promised time - and this is outside busy hours. What is the point of advance ordering and being given a time to go pickup if the time has no meaning?

I was at the new El Campo Sonic yesterday. Great fresh food, and friendly enthusiastic staff. What a contrast with Bay City, with neither.

This is probably one of the worst Sonics restaurants, we have been to. It does not matter if there are 5 customers or no customers ahead of you in line. You will wait alteast 20 minutes for your order to come out. And it will be melted and soggy every time. The employees are rude and do not know how to process or count simple change. If there are any positive reviews for this location, they are probably from employees, who were encouraged by management to do so. I honestly don't know how this place stays open. I will go to any other local sonic but this one.
