Ordered online, picked up our food and my sandwhich wasn't cut, and there was a meatball in it... I didn't order meatballs. The other sandwich was also very poorly made and tasted awful, but hey, at least they cut that one, right?

We are ordered a footlong cookie, two soft pretzels, and two churros, and they all tasted funny. They tasted like they had cleaning chemicals on them, and my footlong cookie was severely undercooked and taste funny. Me and my husband both have severe stomach aches, and I was dizzy. I think we got food poisoning.
This store on the south side of bay city tx needs to be shut down!! We live close so we decided to try it again after previous issues trying to get served and messed up food orders. Well we will never go here again!! We ordered 2 footlongs, the beast, and the black forest ham . The beast was not the beast we have had before there was less meat on it than the other sandwich, and one triangle of cheese. It only had 2 small pieces of lettuce, payed extra for fresh mozzarella cheese and it was no where to be found, 1 and a half tomatoe slices, and had to hunt for the banana peppers, they didn't even toast it, and the finishing touch was all the mayonnaise and garlic sauce running out and dripping every where!! This was a 14 dollar sandwich. The black forest ham sandwich wasn't as bad off, we just had to find the 3 and a half pieces of meat that was also swimming in mayonnaise, it was not toasted either. We were hungry so we ate them, and now praying we wont get ill!!! I am so mad about this I could go on about past times of bad service and food, but , the end!

Omg this place right here. And thats how I will start it off. It's Saturday July 1st 7:21 P.M. there are 2 young males working here the guy with the glasses is helpful and polite the other guy is rude no personality and a customer walks in and the guy continues to make his online order for a person who is not there yet and leaves the customer just waiting. He didn't even acknowledge the customer. Or greet nothing! Just rude. Anyways they had no chocolate chip cookies which is fine no big deal and no wheat bread I guess that's fine I guess. But my total is 5.28 I only have 10 dollars cash so I got my change back in literally change (quarters, nickels, dimes) lol idk what's going on here poor service ? and do not want to forget but my bread is rock hard so it's just a horrible experience all together will never be back here again. "Zero stars"-?

Thoroughly enjoyed the extra care Valerie put into the experience today. Was expecting a subway sandwich- wrapped in a bag- nope! In a great way!! She put it in a boat, served it with napkins and chips- great presentation. Fantastic portioning and even creation for a consistent bite across the sandwich. Totally surprised me. Great job Valerie!
