Drive thru was horrible you have to wait 30 minutes and we received our food when we are still in the back of the line so we had to wait for the people in front to receive their food so we can leave. The soda tastes terrible too.

We come to Bay City for a Doctor's appointment twice a month for the past year.We stopped in from Victoria TX and let me tell you what a experience we had here.We were amazed by the service we received as well as the food.The food was delivered hot and fresh.We enjoyed every single bite.Everything down to the eggs were out of this world good.For every good cook and service come from great leadership.Thank you to the managers of whataburger in Bay City..Y'all have a great team .

Haven’t been to Whataburger in awhile because of bad service and them getting the order wrong well this one held up to bad service and getting the order wrong as well as not a very clean facility no more Whataburger for me

I visited Whataburger and ordered a Breakfast Burger, but the experience was frustrating. They dropped the fries first, so by the time my burger was ready (about 10 minutes later), my fries were already cold.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location. On my last visit, I ordered the same meal, and instead of fries, they gave me a hash brown. It’s disappointing that they consistently get my order wrong or fail to serve fresh food.
Whataburger is known for quality and good service, but this location has let me down twice in a row. I hope they improve their order accuracy and timing because customers shouldn’t have to wait and still get a messed-up meal.

Long wait for dine in. Fries were cooked on a very used oil. Definitely not fresh ! Service was great . Nice people but they definitely need more staff.
Probably the worst Whataburger around. Service is always terrible and food is always messed up. Every time I order curbside I have had to either wait forever and receive cold food or I have to go inside and ask for my food that is always sitting behind the counter ready for me but the employees are to lazy to bring it out. Go to Dairy Queen or McDonald’s for a burger instead. This place is trash.

The Bay City Whataburger Overnight crew is the worse. They gave me my grill chicken sandwich without my bun,lettuce,tomato,bacon,cheese. My fries were cold. This is the most ghetto whataburger ever. The store manager is the worse.
