The food is decent, unfortunately the customer service is bad, both the guy and girl assisting customers had ugly attitudes, and don't seem to care for customer requests on their meals, made me and my sister very uncomfortable. Their attitude ruined our meal, I hope this gets in the eyes of upper management to get these people changed out for better employees. I don't recommend dining in

Staff working on February 15th, younger with short black hair, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Made the experience horrible. The food is great, but hiring people like this destroy your customers. She got a serious attitude about how she misheard an order…. then continued to talk mess about it to a coworker after we sat down. seriously needs to be checked. Also she was coughing non stop while making my food and no gloves??? Come on now…. we can hire better.

Visited family out of town and decided to try this place out since food looked great, dont get me wrong. Food was great but owner or manager seemed to be in a bad attitude 😒. Food’s amazing but apparently workers need to work on their customer service if they wanna keep a good business running 🤷🏻♀️ out of all the workers there only one of the young worker who sadly i didnt get his name was nice and understanding, don’t think ill ever be going there again though 🙅🏻♀️

I loveeee this place. I have been coming here since it opened about 3 years ago and every experience has been great. Food is always on point, and there is something for everyone. I always have left overs, so that is a plus also!! I always leave happy and full

I ordered a poke bowl and taro milk tea. Everything was as expected and the food was delicious. The staff was super friendly and gave great customer service.
We have loved this spot in the past and brought friends here, but had a terrible experience today. Lettuce was rusty, very new employee was training while Raley was on her phone. Sprinkled 1/4 tsp. masago and I tsp. seaweed salad into a regular poke bowl. I politely asked for a bit more to account for a normal serving--as the employee was obviously training (this was 1/4 of a normal serving from our over 20 visits). She added a literal sprinkle more--and we were then charged for 4 extra toppings at register. I mentioned that this should be disclosed. We paid without any additional comment aside asking for the girls' name that was very aggressive at register. R**** then proceeded to talk loudly on the phone defensively during our entire meal (calling management), as she likely suspected a legitimate complaint. We did not say a word during our meal. Left and heard her yell "Byeeeee!!!" in a shrill scream from parking lot when getting into our cars. Which led me to make a complaint. Would be happy to discuss further with owner as we support small businesses and have enjoyed our previous visits.

This was my first time coming here even tho I'm super allergic to shellfish I do love salmon so I went for the ahi poke bowl all my rice was hard so it wasn't even Edible the seaweed and the soybean saved the day it was really good the customer service there was really nice and understanding of my allergic issues and gave me good advice and options I just wish I could have your Ramen but I couldn't chance the risk of having a allergic issue so overall the place is alright would I recommend other ppl to go there probably not

One of the best Poke bowl restaurants we have come across. We were here two years ago and were hoping they had not changed. But on our recent visit we noticed they are even better un both food options and sevice. Highly recommend, both the poke and ramen bowls!
