Our meal was great at Black Bear Diner tonight!! Jasmine was wonderful and checked on us consistently to make sure we had everything we needed even though they were very busy! The pot roast melt is tremendous! And the biscuits are gigantic and so delicious!!
Definitely recommend for a great comfort food dinner!
Service was horrible. The food was undercooked, wrong food, no refills and our order was left to get cold. Add to that the cook was unable to get us our food, but he was sure enough eating in the cooking area. Manager is less the helpful. Corporate needs to investigate!!
Black Bear is a great place. We go weekly and always ask for Debbie Garza. we know we will get what we order and it will be great.
