Service was horrible. The food was undercooked, wrong food, no refills and our order was left to get cold. Add to that the cook was unable to get us our food, but he was sure enough eating in the cooking area. Manager is less the helpful. Corporate needs to investigate!!

Alondra has been our server several times. She’s always very sweet and accommodating. I will say every time we order a waffle they take forever but it’s not her fault. I wish they would update their waffle makers but other than that the servings are huge and tasty.

Food was excellent, service needs some help. We ran out of coffee at least twice, she forgot 2 of our items that we ordered when she delivered our food, then it her 28 minutes to get 2 small things. I saw a manager come by and ask if I needed coffee not if we were satisfied with the food or service. I'd come back in a few months when they had time to correct and train the current staff.

Tried the one in Beaumont it was Great so my husband wanted to check this one out first red flag my food was brought out on a dirty plate let the waiter know they moved my food to another plate but now the food was cold I asked to speak with a manager the manager came over introduced herself to me and took the food back to the prep area the cook was loud and rude I could hear him from my table fussing about the food coming back the manager said everything would be cooked fresh I asked if everything could be placed in a to go box the manager brought my food to the table bagged and ready to go I Thanked her paid for some other things along with my food at the gift shop all to get home to find out everything was not in the bag the potatoes with bell pepper and onions I wanna say it was the breakfast good grizzly came with about three choice of meat scrambled eggs potatoes and two pancakes if I could rate the cook it t would be a one star loud rude and very ghetto this happed last night 11/27/2024
