Alondra has been our server several times. She’s always very sweet and accommodating. I will say every time we order a waffle they take forever but it’s not her fault. I wish they would update their waffle makers but other than that the servings are huge and tasty.
Food was excellent, service needs some help. We ran out of coffee at least twice, she forgot 2 of our items that we ordered when she delivered our food, then it her 28 minutes to get 2 small things. I saw a manager come by and ask if I needed coffee not if we were satisfied with the food or service. I'd come back in a few months when they had time to correct and train the current staff.
Third time this month, we've visited there. Food is still amazing and the service is perfect. Santana, our server was exceptional. I know we're going back a few more times next month!
