I can't express enough, the importance of making sure orders are correct, especially when they are being delivered. First I'm told there's no more lemonade. Get my order and the meal for my daughter had fries instead of applesauce. Order mozzarella fries, no sauce for anything. Look in my burger and the onion I paid for to be put on there is non existent. Don't care about mine, but my daughter don't eat the fries and she won't eat the mozzarella without marinara. That's why things were specifically checked. No point in giving options online for things y'all can't or won't do. Very disappointing.

I can't get over how multiple people are working the register/handling money than touching food. No one is wearing gloves, and I keep seeing employees picking their scalp through their hair, touching their oily faces, and then having their fingers in fies. Sanity is very poor. Also, I'm writing this review while waiting for my order. Waiting, waiting 10 mins, 15 mins, 20 mins. The sun is going down. Very poor service. Finally, 26 minutes. Wow. Also, i went into the bathroom, and the kid working the register and touching fies didn't wash his hands after coming out of the stall. So the same hand that wiped his butt is now in the fries 🍟. Disgusting!!! I didn't order fies, thankfully!!

Waited here a very long time in the second line that they had open. The first line was taking all the orders and not attending the line I was in. All three cars left and I was still there. I said hello and she said to wait a second. I'm like everyone left already and I was there before anybody... Just have one line open if you can't handle both.

Drive thru didn’t have to wait long food was hot fries had the right amount of salt. Some BK’s don’t salt their fries and they are not good. They should copy McD it would really improve their taste and bring in more customers.
This location is the worst! Got home with my first order and the bread was so hard and covered in mayonnaise with the thinnest patty. Went back and got home with my second order and it was the thinnest bread, it was all meat. When I spend money somewhere I expect it to be edible! This was absolutely horrible

I go here often late nights as I am a delivery driver but I also go for myself like tonight and there is always a lady working she has tattoos but she's really nice always super busy but you can tell she's giving it everything she has and the food doesn't suffer it's still great I really wish I knew her name so I could give her a proper shout-out
If I could give it a zero that’s what it would be! The customer service is very poor! Please train ur employees how to up sale rather than running customers off.
