The All American burger🍔 is juicy and prepared just right *how you like it . The oven cooked pepperoni pizza 🍕 is very good. But Imma need them to even out my pepperoni on each slice . Dont pile my pepperoni in one corner 👊🏾 🤦🏾♀️😒. One of my favorite spots to grab a delicious meal and enjoy great company. #CactusJack 😋 #Burp

Me and my family went here to eat after a long day at the soccer fields, and we could not have asked for a better experience! Our waiter Papi was fantastic, friendly and social, attentive to the table, and the food was AMAZING! The atmosphere was incredible and we can not wait to go back!

Was very disappointed with this location after seeing all the great reviews we decided to check it out since we were in the area. To start off we were seated tightly between tables and a corner wall at an edge where all the servers gather to talk and stand. We then waited about 15 minutes for someone to attend to us after being seated seeing all the waiters and waitresses looking at us and gathering behind us to chit chat as we waited. Our food wasn't great for the price we payed for $60 for mac & cheese brisket sausage sandwich. Only 4 pieces of mac and cheese that slides off when you hold the sandwich and the beans side seemed more like soup with little to no beans in the bowl. The potatoe salad lacked something to be missed and the brisket was pretty okay and the coke was lacking in syrup flavor. Overall we left disappointed and won't be back.

We were greeted nicely and seated and that was it no one came to the table to take our order, we waited 20min before we left, I'm not sure what was the problem, wait staff was walking all around us they didn't look super busy.

During our visit to Cactus Jacks, we experienced discriminatory behavior from two Caucasian girls, one named McKenzie, though I didn’t catch the other’s name. Thankfully, a kind and professional Black employee stepped in to assist with seating us. It was disappointing to see multiple families seated before us, even after we had received our text notification. My daughter also noticed several empty tables, and when we brought it to their attention, one of the women stated those tables were reserved for others. I couldn’t help but point out that there was no one else waiting to be seated. Regardless of background, everyone deserves to be treated with respect and fairness ,we all bleed the same.

This place is so neat! We had Papi as our waiter and he was phenomenal! Food was delicious, LOTS on the menu. Drinks are good. Great atmosphere. Live music. Playground also.

Busy Saturday night, they sat the 5 of us within 15 minutes. One of the managers came out and spoke so passionately about the food, atmosphere and service. Stefany was our server and she made great drink & food recommendations. Mine came with the salad bar but I had no room for it after sharing apps and looking forward to sharing desserts. The food came out quick for a packed-house. The drinks came out a little slower but the bartenders never paused for a second. There is a dedicated restroom attendant to keep everything clean. It’s a cool open concept inside and even packed, we did not have a problem having conversations at a normal volume. I understand there is a bar and playground outside in the back area, we did not explore. We will be back and we will tell everyone we know to check it out.

Was my first time coming here recently & I have nothing but great things to say!! Despite it being very packed and busy, we were seated right away. Our sever Tyrique was absolutely amazing and on top of everything. He was very helpful and had really great food/drink suggestions!! We will be personally requesting him every time we dine in. We had plenty of other staff that was constantly checking on us as well. Everyone we encountered was super nice!! The manager I believe also came over to our table to check in and chatted with my family and I! Even though this establishment is a bit of a drive from where I live, I wouldn’t mind making the drive knowing we will have great service & a great atmosphere! I noticed they also had a nice playground so next time we come we will be eating near the playground for my kiddo! The live music they had was very nice too.
My daughter and I go there one time a month and we always get the salad bar and the chicken Tortilla soup with avocado it is amazing. Tonight we went and found out. They are not doing the chicken Tortilla soup Anymore, they're doing the home style soup. We hade it and I will not get it again. I really hope they will bring back the chicken Tortilla soup. this has become a tradition for my daughter and I.

Stopped in for lunch today. The parking lot was full, but we were able to be seated immediately. The place is so big and open! The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly. We ordered sirloin steak, which was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. And the salad bar… So many fresh choices! With warm fresh bead included!
