Absolutely incredible experience at Charlie’s cheesesteaks tonight, and it was all thanks to Briscoe! He was running the entire floor completely solo and still managed to be patient, super knowledgeable about the menu, and got our food out lightning-fast without ever missing a beat.
Friendly, professional, and made us feel like VIPs the whole time. Briscoe is a rockstar — give this man a raise and a bonus! We’ll definitely be back because of him.

Store 2286 baytown . Your cook and server BRISCOE was totally the best. He has the best attitude I have encountered at anyplace in a long time. I watched him cook and make my food and he puts in so much love and pride in it. He deserves so much back. And the lady that took my order was the best. They both were so friendly and respectful and that is hard to find in the younger generation these day. Thank you for having the best 2 people working there.

I came in to order some food and see a great guy, the GM, Mr. Lonnie, he is always respectful and kind with a winning smile; only to find out he is no longer there!! The atmosphere is not the same. I am very disappointed as he is the main reason I come back to Charlie’s is to know I will get great service, a smile and fresh hot food. Bring this guy back please!! If you lose him, you definitely will lose customers and you’ve definitely lost a great person who cares!. BRING HIM BACK!

Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻♀️
The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.

will never be back again. ordered food online (and paid). arrived at store to find they are closed. company NEVER issued a refund, rather, I had to dispute it with my credit card company. The company only reached out once saying they intended on making things right but NEVER DID. This place has the worst customer service EVER. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

GREAT food with competitive prices. The gentleman behind the counter allowed me to accept the food he was bringing immediately. Im diabetic and it was relieving. They were out of coffee cups so I was allowed a regular cup for GREAT coffee. Fries and chicken sandwich is 5 stars fresh. Senior discount was applied too.
