I ordered on door dash for pick up and sat and ate my food in the “restaurant”. The food was bountiful and pretty good for a price of $12.43.What I ordered: small jalapeño classic Philly cheesesteak with regular order of bacon and cheese fries (with jalapeños no extra charge ?).This was plenty of food with plenty of melty cheese on the sandwich and plenty of bacon and cheese on fries.To my surprise the jalapeños were actually very good! I love spice and they had a good little kick to em. The sandwich itself was pretty good although I couldn’t really taste the mushrooms because they were sliced super thin and sprinkled in. The bell pepper could have stood a few more mins on the grill (according to some) but I kinda liked the little crunch it gave to the otherwise soft sandwich.The fries were good but getting them to go is a mistake. They are so hot they steam in the little takeaway box and get soft and break apart but they are decently cut and thickness.Next to try will be their drinks and wings!

Accidents happen and are sometimes out of our control. We all know this, but for this Charleys to stand there and not rectify their mistake is the reason why I’m giving this place 2 stars. It should be 1, but I’m being nice. The food tasted well but was soured by the disrespect, lack of focus, and sorry attention to detail. I ordered my meal, used my rewards and paid for my food. Everything went well, then because the receipt did not come out, and I said it wasn’t a big deal please don’t worry let’s just make sure I get what I paid for. I took a picture of what I ordered on the kiosk. They proceeded to refund me my payment without listening to me. Okay, that was unnecessary, but all I wanted was hey I paid this much, so on the second go around I wanted to pay this much again. Since it was their mistake, I’d figured it’d be fine. However, the 2nd go around, it cost more?? They couldn’t honor the price and gave attitude and were rude when I was like get the same price I got a few minutes ago? Really disappointed with this place and I was excited to get their food. I downloaded the app and everything, I even had to diminish my order. You know, I’m just going to give it 1 star. If anyone cares, I’ll have the recipes for a while until I trash them. Glenda and Stephanie could have done the right thing, and I’m sure from their attitudes, that they don’t care. I can’t do much, but I will document that they didn’t the right thing.
