Told me they don’t give drinks with combos and the food is not worth the price at all better quality out of the frozen food isle (every combo on the menu has a drink next to it)

I ordered a whole philly steak and they gave me a half. Thank God because it was under cooked. I also asked for mayo, no mayo on my sandwich. I don't even feel like driving back. I wouldn't ever go here again. It was a -to-go order.

The cheese sticks were lukewarm warm and under cooked. The meat had a strange taste like it was old or freezer burnt. Tasted so bad I was unable to eat the sandwich.

HAIR IN FOOD not one not two but 3 hairs in my Philly!!!!!!!! I'll never go here again!!!!!! They won't answer the phone so I can report it!!!! so i called Golden chick next door and the manager was nice and refunded me and said she would address the situation promptly.
Walked into the gas station at 9:40 walked to Charley’s to order some food. Checked online and said they didn’t closed till 10pm. One of the workers said to me “oh yall wanted to order we are closed” instead of properly greeting me. Looked like everything was put up and the kitchen was closed so we had no choice but to leave. Poor customer service won’t be returning back.
