How do you go from the most efficient drive through line to being just like every other fast food pace but you only serve chicken? Mobile drive-through line only that’s how. Congrats on becoming watabuger that serves chicken.

Worst service I’ve received at a CFA. Asia at drive thru kept interrupting us while ordering and had the worst attitude. Please do better!!

Going through the drive thru was painful! Every time we tried to give our order the girl interrupted us. Very rude! Then we paid and two minutes later the guy who took our payment asked us if we had ordered. What is going on here? They also tried to give us the wrong order.

Service itself is great, they just always mess up on the drive thru orders, always.. Another thing, I had to get in the playground with my toddler because he got scared and couldn't go down, well turns out the playground its extremely dirty. You can tell they have never wipe that down.

Tried the spicy chicken, pimento, jalapeño, minus the honey. The sandwich was OK but they never put the same amount of toppings as the photo. Needed more pimento

No matter how many times I order chicken 12 or 30 piece nuggets for my kids I’m short by at least 2-10 nuggets. They should be count especially since some people share these types of items. Also the new mobile line is horrible. It move slower than standard line making it pointless.

The staff was very kind and they waited on our bus load of students without complaining. I really enjoyed the teacher appreciation meal after chaperoning all of those students for several hours. I forgot the staff members' names who worked the counter registers, but they worked the September 20, Friday night shift between 5-7 p.m. Thank you two guys for your service and kindness. To the decorations Coordinator with the Barbers Hill shirt on, the decorations were very nice and gave a homely feeling to the place. Our students had a good time stopping in there to eat.
