I received no sauce, asked for the sauce, and received less sauce than requested.

Normally this isnt an issue, and I'd get over it and move on, but I specifically asked for the sauce and the person was kind of dismissive and didn't even give me the right amount.

Normally love the service, so this stood out

Apparently, it’s store policy to kick you out at 9:20 from the inside lobby whatever happened to the great customer service that Chick-fil-A provides ……… I guess My pleasure and the nice manners end at 09:20 pm LOL

This is probably the fastest Chick Fil A out of all the Chick Fil A’s that I have visited. They’re ALWAYS on it and they’re nice as hell.

It was after the lunch run, and this location is busy, but they have a lot of employees. After ordering at the drive-through, it took forever to get my salad after five minutes, or so they asked me to drive around and park by the front door and someone would bring it out?? It was a salad. I'm not sure if I would ever return to this location

Food is good. Problem is the flies inside I went to take my kids to the restroom came back and flies were sitting in my food. I had to throw it away. The guy who works inside is racist he offered the white ladies for refills but everyone else of color he didn’t and he’s rude.

We went through drive thru after ordering on the app and found that the mobile lane was backed up while the other lane was getting there orders quickly. When we made it to the front of the line we watched as 6 vehicles in the other lane received theirs before ours was brought out. I know that my order had been ready for a while because it was cold and our shakes were melted. This is the second time in the past few weeks that we have been here and both times had the same experience. At this point if I'm going to spend $40 on two people at Chikfila then I'll drive to Mont Belvieu or to Garth Road instead. The employees don't acknowledge anyone in the mobile lane and will actively try to avoid looking over in case they lock eyes. This store needs to be trained on customer service from the GM down to the newest employee until they understand that Customer Service is what keeps the store open.
