Porsche just made my wife come inside and would not give my wife the food we ordered online at the drive through window. My wife was in her pajamas and didn't want to come in dressed that away. She tried to explain this to Porsche, and was still refused to hand the food out the window. Last time we order from here!! And now going over my order they forgot my fries and my wife has to go back. My wife says they were rude and lacking any customer service. What's happened to this place, it certainly has gone down hill in the last year.

Best chicken I've ever had, crunchy, moist, and delicious. Very clean all staff are friendly and welcoming. Even when drive thru is lined up out of parking lot and inside is standing room only . IT'S ALWAYS WITH THE WAIT!!!!

The chicken and okra was ok. It may have been better had it been hot and fresh; the catfish was hot and tasty. The chicken being luke warm and okra being cold wasn't a deal breaker, I will ask for fresh food the next time I go there.

I visited chicken express when I was out in Texas. in Houston, and then again in Waxahachie I had the fried fish, which I loved. in fact, I ate it three days in a row!!! so good I wish they would build those here in florida.
Paid for nuggets. ordered the 7pc tender meal with an extra roll which they forgot to give to me and my tenders were the size of a nuggets ? my side order was a corn on the cob and the taste was so horrible my nugget/tender had been sitting on the warmer for awhile NOT fresh at all rolls were hard no butter bad service with the employees due to the fact that I had to wait in drive thru like 20 mins cause the employees were to busy talking cashier was sweeping and my food sitting on the counter for minutes horrible just horrible I would give NO STARS as week as an employee grabbing his own a**
