Came through the drive-through and they mentioned that it would be a 15 minute wit weight for chicken breast so we waited and it was about 20 minutes. Shouldn’t chicken be available at chicken express

I'm from Mississippi and I been eating Chicken Express for about 7 years and it was Excellent then and it's excellent now. The prices skyrocketed though. It wasn't expensive then as it is now. 5 piece for $5 then but now the prices have went all the way up, but the food still excellent though 👍👍

Say man im have to back up off yall because 1st off the Gm sold me a 2pc meal for 11.69. And didn't even tell me yall had a happy wallet meal for 5 dollars my wallet wasn't happy I gave 5 stars for the service cause the curly head short manager with the glasses was amazing helpful with everything and even check on me to see if everything was good amazing customer service... But yall chicken so small I thought it was pigeons 🤣🤣

The manager Porsche, is the nicest, most caring and engaging person. I have rarely met a manager or employee of any restaurant who was as genuinely concerned with my experience and satisfaction with my food and service. Ms. Porsche deserves the manager of the year award 🥇 and a significant raise or a promotion to District level because she needs to be teaching others proper management techniques. I also observed her with the employees behind the counter and she seems to be an excellent engaged and caring leader.
If this site is monitored by anybody from corporate, I’ll say it again. This lady deserves a big pat on the back, round of applause and a Raise or Promotion.

I went in and the staff that was handling the food had no gloves on. going back and forth sticking their hands in their pockets rubbing their heads. I seen the manager step out the restroom wiping his hands on his pants touch his face then start fixing orders
Very clean restaurant. The staff was friendly and polite, clean, and well dressed. The food was delicious. The tea was super sweet and cold just the way it's supposed to be. The fries were a little hard and tasted stale but the chicken and fish were fresh and hot. I'll just have the mashed potatoes or mac and cheese when I go back and I definitely plan to go back. 😋

Shout out to the whole staff!! They went over and beyond to accommodate our family of 6 without us even asking. They brought our food, giving us everything we needed. One of us even misplaced our cell phone and they were helping look for it even in the trash! If I could give 10 stars, I would. If ur ever in the baytown area, please make sure to visit this establishment. This family of 6 from Dallas appreciate all of you. Stay blessed.
