This place is one of the best places to eat! I highly recommend this place! The chicken salad is amazing!! My mom and I go there every week :) The people that work there are absolutely amazing!! I will continue to go there! :)

The staff is very friendly and the service is great. The manager, Larry Bates was taking orders and helping the staff. It is nice to see managers being involved. I also met the marketing manager, Wendy Barnhill at lunch. She asked if I needed anything and was attentive to my requests. I will definitely be a regular customer. The chicken salad was delicious.

I usually go inside but the day I was in a hurry so I decided to go through the drive-through as I ordered and got to the window to pay. I politely ask that if she could tell me how many points I had to accumulate to get something for free cause, they use the points system , She said I don’t know. I said OK find out from somebody that knows. Well I’ll try. I said well thank you so she went to the back . She goes. There’s nobody available. I said there’s not a manager. she was no I said well who’s in charge he was he’s busy. I said well you know what for somebody that works here you don’t know anything about the restaurant and the “I don’t know “ is not acceptable because you do work here so she close the window went to the back and apparently she couldn’t find out so she got me somebody else that did take the time to go and find out and that’s all it took that’s all I needed, but she was very rude. Very uncooperative. If they don’t wanna work then don’t go work with the public because it is you’re not doing a good job but this the company for not instructing them and teaching them and letting them know all the ins and outs of that Restaurant I’m totally disappointed on the employee.

This was the first time visiting CSC. I hadn’t heard of it until my daughter suggested it while visiting. The experience was ok overall but a few things that were disappointing…the menu is confusing and when in a long line, it would have been helpful for the cashier to explain when I mentioned it was my first time there. I ended up regretting what I ordered and didn’t realize a side salad I ordered was completely not what I wanted. My fault, I know, but I was trying to be mindful of the long line and only one cashier. The fresh fruit was mushy/old leaving only half of the container edible. The manager was walking around greeting tables while we were dining. My daughter pointed out she had stopped by every table but ours. I realized it was true and was disappointed as I would have mentioned the fruit and asked questions to help when ordering if I returned. If a store opens close to my home, I will likely try it because the concept is a nice twist on a fast food sandwich. But not sure I’ll try this one again when visiting my daughter in Baytown.

Clean, quick, and tasty food! I had the Jalapeño Holly as a scoop and the chicken salad with egg and sweet pickles on the croissant, with pasta salad as a side! Very good!

This was so much more than what we expected. The food was all just 👌!!! The potato soup was really good and chicken salad blt omg!!! I definitely will be back. So fresh and packed just great. They what their doing here. This was great!
