Eating here was an amazing experience for my Wife and Myself. Our waiter was incredible! His name was (Mike) He didn’t over stand the table, instead he watched every table he was working and made sure we all had everything we needed ! If I could give 1000 out of 1000 I would ! Amazing experience !

SERVER WAS UNHAPPY AND UNRESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS. WAITER BROUGHT FOOD OUT AND DROPPED TRAY , IT SPILLED all over my pants, coat, shirt and handbag. Manager made no attempt to apologize and I was still charged for meal. This happened on 11NOV25 at 5:30pm. A dry towel was given to us to wipe up handbag. Weak attempt was made at mopping floor. Being disabled, husband walks with cane and could have slipped and fallen. Server did not take away empty cups or check on need for refill.

We came on one of the busiest nights. With them running a special on Veterans Day. Our waitress had only been here one month. But she was fast, efficient, and we had no issues at all. We got the bottomless chips and salsa. One of the cheeseburgers and ordered the bacon ranch quesadillas. Along with the potato soup that’s not shown. And tortilla soup.. super yummy, third time to come in the last eeek in a half due to the great special they are running in their 3 for me deal.
Great food. Waitress remembered our names and Anticipated our needs.

Tried the new southwest queso tonight. Oily and kinda tasteless. I'm not impressed.
Additionally, the service structure causes a lack of attention. Waitstaff seem much more attentive and aware when they are running the drinks and food rather than just taking orders and leaving others to deliver.
