Came here last year in the January to get a meal while competing at a local school. Ordered a quesadilla, but received someone else’s bowl? Didn’t really mind, but it was an inconvenience. In the end, I was able to just switch my bowl with my peer’s bowl, which was much better.

Ok...if you want a meal big enough for two days this is your place!! The food is so good. It's a little pricey but like I said you get two meals and great drinks.

If you don't know someone there they give you a little spoon full of meat but if you have a friend or family member that works there they over flow your bowl or burrito 😡

Ive been here multiple times and everytime i come they skip on the portion sizes. I pay near 15$ for half a bowl, this is ridiculous. I would highly recommend skipping on this location

Visit this place Tuesday afternoon 10/01/2024. The customer service was horrible. No one explained that the place was not servings black beans, corn, American cheese nor pico. No brisket. If there was a sign on the door or when I approached the glass. Customer service would have notified me of the shortage of food. Communication stinks. WOW!! I guess everyone has a bad day. Hmmmmm. My wife ordered chicken with limited food products.

Spent $17 to try the new smoked brisket burrito and this was what they gave me. Compared to the bowl which cost $12 it was maybe a third of the size. Got another bowl and tacos. Even the tacos were twice the size of the burrito and cheaper by $5. If I’m spending almost $20 for a burrito, I should at least get the same amount of food for something that costs less.

I visited this store this evening and it appeared that call in orders were being prepared. I was in line behind other customers. Apparently, customer service skills aren't in training procedures. There was no I will be right with you until the employee had to walk away. Others were in the back I am assuming preparing backups. Noone stepped in to help (not sure of procedures). I ordered a chicken bowl. I told the employee I wanted extra queso on the side as I was ordering chips. I am not sure if he heard the last part. When I got to the register to pay, I told the cashier I had the queso on the side already but I wanted chips and queso and I got the queso so I wouldn't have to wait to get queso due to it being a little busy. I was OVERCHARGED!!! Instead of the cashier getting another queso, she just bagged what she assumed was EXTRA although I told her I didn't get extra with the food. This is another opportunity for training. These school aged employees aren't listening, don't show empathy, and need to engage with customers that dine-in and/or carry out. I am reconsidering visiting this location because this is the second time I had my order wrong. To top it off I barely had a nice portion size compared to the last time I dined in but had to pay $16.00 for a meal a 3-year-old can eat. UNACCEPTABLE!! Get it together CHIPOTLE!!

usually this chipotle is so great but tonight i asked for a bowl with extra sour cream and i got literally sour cream soup. at first i thought it was manageable but it was just too much. i thought someone was playing a prank on me. :((
