Asked for 20 pc, got 15. Asked for spicy, got original. It isn’t that hard to count correctly or check that the flavor you’re putting in is right, especially for that 10$ extra cost.

Since the location just reopened I stayed in line for over 30 minutes. I didn’t mind because the food was great. Sasha needs better customer service training. She works the drive thur window and is very rude and argumentative. I made the choice not to argue with her due to having a high risk pregnancy, I didn’t want to cause stress to the baby. She made the choice to continue to insist I didn’t ask for an item I did indeed ask for. Another worker took over the window and was very helpful. She should be training Sasha.

Well this was the only place in town that had tenders or even an assortment of chicken at the time we went we hit 3 chicken places before this one and all were basically out of chicken .

How in the hell i payed 8.23$for a 3/3 PC ? and a very small side of taters so the smallest mashed tater is 5$ help me comprehend this pls
Went to order chicken it's barely 9: 00 closing time is at 10:00 and they had no chicken only spicy asked if they are going to make any more her response was no....ok good bye✌
