Order food @ 8:30 PM … As you can see , we Didnt leave the establishment until 9:25 PM. No apology, no courtesy gesture, just a “it’s not my fault , we been busy all day” from the manager . My issue is this , I don’t expect anything free , I just want the food I payed for in a timely fashion. I’d also like my money back. Seeing that we paid $30 for uncooked chicken. The entire staff should be terminated immediately , especially the manager.
Shoutout to the old Mexican guy in the back frying chicken - if all co-workers had his work ethic , I wouldn’t be leaving this review

Fast food literally- Fries were hardly even fried seems like they were defrosted in the fryer and dumped to serve after a minute. Mac n Cheese was super watery. Tenders were okay.

Complete wrong order. Order original chicken and got spicy. Ordered over priced mash potatoes and got was supposed to be dirty rice that looked like someone threw up in a cup. Manager was unwilling to help resolve the issue.

I can understand messing up an order once but how do you mess up the same order 3 times in one go. What’s the point of repeating everything I asked for back to me to make sure it’s right just for you to hand me everything all messed up. “You said Mac and cheese?” “Yes.” Gets potatoes. “You said you wanted no mayo on your chicken sandwich?” “Yes.” Gets pickles and a bun with no chicken. Like. Do people apply? Or do people just show up and start doing things?

Seriously it’s disgusting how poorly they treat their customers. went there a few times through the drive thru only to be talked down on with an attitude by whoever was taking the order like they where bothered or annoyed and didn’t bother to let me be aware of what they were out off. unacceptable and terrible customer service you do not treat customers like that simple human decency goes a long way A simple smile, and have a nice day and doing your job shouldn’t be that hard acting like this more than once to customers is just foul and unprofessional .
They need to go over their health policies and handbook over and over again since they don’t like to wash their hands or wear gloves😂 then they get mad when you ask them to😂😂😂😂

i went to order food and they said they were out of all fried items and they only had spicy tenders. i feel as if you were out of everything there should be a sign or be closed for the night as you are unable to service your customers.
