I came here 08/12/25 , and totally forgot to write a review on how great Bryan was ! I didn’t remember until I was thinking about going back because of how sweet he was to customers.
I haven’t stepped foot into a cicis pizza for a whole decade. Im 22 now & my boyfriend and I decided to bring our nieces to give them the same nostalgia we had growing up. Bryan made sure to make us feel welcomed from the moment we walked into the establishment and throughout. Offering us help when we needed and checking in on us to make sure everything is okay.
It is so rare now-a days to run into employees who are super down to earth and treat guests as family. Bryan, I hope your hard work doesn’t go unrecognized! He needs a promotion for sure.
The rest of the staff were sweet also!
Overall, the fact that i’m thinking about going back just for the atmosphere says so much!

Manager refused to tell me the specials i was told “there’s to many specials to tell you over the phone come in and they are posted on the wall” SMH i was in a hurry so i tried to place a phone order the manager said “come in and order there’s been people that order and don’t show up” I’m thinking lady are you crazy it’s a buffet if i don’t show up put on the buffet!! Anyhow I’m done with the cici’s franchise! 👎🏾

This is how all CiCi's pizzas should have been run from the start. The employees here are very positive and constantly check on you. They have updated games and prizes for kid's to have tons of fun. Now one might ask why a buffet might deserve 5 stars? The food obviously is not michelin stay and packing amaing flavor. It is however a huge bang for your buck. The pizza is good, but for the value its amazing.

I have had the pleasure of dining there twice this week, and I am consistently impressed by its exceptional customer service, cleanliness, and fresh, hot food. The manager, Beatrice, goes above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of her customers. She demonstrated this by promptly delivering a BBQ chicken pizza to my request as soon as it was ready. Maintaining a positive attitude and managing a restaurant is a demanding task, and Beatrice excels in both areas. I commend her efforts and encourage her to continue fostering the exceptional experience that Cici’s has become known for.
