First by let me say my waitress YESI was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and kind and had an amazing smile and personality. For being new She was a pro and I will definitely be back to this location just so I can have her as my waitress again.

Ordered to-go for pick up this morning. Destiny was rude. Asked for a manager, in which the African American lady came up, and asked if I wanted it or not. There are too many places to go that would appreciate my business. Won’t order again.

My server Ashley wash great. Although they didn’t bring out one of the dishes, Cheyenne and Gabriel corrected the mistake and I appreciate them. Will definitely come back!

This is a cool place, but I've not had one good meal at a Cracker Barrel? The people are nice and the country store is fun but the food is not good. With recent ads, I thought I'd try again. No change in food quality. Bummer.
Food portions are getting smaller and tasted bland.
Requested large drinks to-go (after we paid for our dinner drinks) and we were denied! We received small drinks bc the waiter said he "got in trouble" from managment for trying to get us large cups! We offered to pay for them, but the waiter didn't know how much they cost. He then also said that large cups were for to-go orders only... (Didn't speak with a manager over this, but I'm accustomed to the customer service of old where "the customer is always right". We have other options for spending our dinner money, so in the future we'll go elsewhere.)

Parking: Curbside order. You can't park in the curbside spots because other people that are dining in park there. Ridiculous.

Bad experience Ridiculous wait for two small cheeseburgers from the children's menu...and the worst thing is that you ask to speak to a manager and they don't resolve the issue nor are they friendly...the waitress was more friendly asking for patience than the arrogant manager.
