From the start the man who sat us was rude. The waitress had no personality. We’d say ‘thank you’ multiple times to her with no response. We must’ve said it at least 10 times and she was like a statue. Then we were charged for biscuits and corn bread. Thought that was complimentary? We went during lunch, we all got lunch except for my husband and was told we were charged the bread because he got breakfast? What? And if you have a new policy regarding that, that’s fine. But if you’re going to charge us at least let us know up front and not surprise the customer with the bill. Been going here for years and won’t be back. There are plenty of other restaurants around that have better service we can give our money to.
Stopped by to pick up some lotion - quick and easy and everyone is always so pleasant!!❤️

Came here(BAYTOWN LOCATION) with my church group, our server was such a sweet person. He was patient and caring. However when it was time to pay the bill we forgot to tell him we wanted split checks. And so it was a problem at the front, the cashier was also very patient and attentive. Unfortunately one of us were charge for an extra coffee and a bacon charge. The manager on duty, ***DINA***, was called to removed the charge and instead of helping us, she sent the server to the front as if he wasn’t already busy with other tables, SHE WAS TRYING TO MAKE HIM PAY FOR SOMETHING WE NEVER GOT. I’m usually a very understanding person but this was unethical and so unfair. I can’t believe Craker Barrel has personnel like DINA, working for them. ESPECIALLY in the position that she has, the poor workers have to literally deal with things on their own and put up with her attitude. I ended up paying for the whole thing because the workers had already been going thru too much since they were left to deal with this by themselves. I do NOT think we will be back at this location any time soon even if service is good I can’t support a business that treats their workers like this. Hope they put someone better in charge, the workers looked so stressed because of her poor management skills.

I love the breakfast, but not happy with the pricing. The will charge for any substitution on your order, we ended up paying almost $20 for a plate of 2 eggs and hash brown, paid $39.89 for 2 plates and 1 orange juice.Waiting time 15-20 minutes we ended up waiting for 1 hour. Service time is very slow, the sunny side up eggs whites is not cooked wellI will never go back.

Me and my family came to cracker Barrel and dined in for breakfast on 4/20/24. Our server was Omega, she was courteous, kind, funny. My daughter has a dairy allergy and she was kind enough to explain everything to her. Thank you omega we love your smile and service. The Duvenary & Jones familyDietary restrictions: My daughter has dairy allergies and she was very helpful.

It is loud! But the food is true country comfort food. They do have breakfast all day, and healthier options. You can order 4 veggies of your choice. Not a gluten free friendly place.
Picked up promptly to take to hotel next door. Country fried steak was cold patty. Not real meat with about a tablespoon of gravy. Inedible and loaded potato was old and not loaded and looked like it was a reheat. Horrible experience. Then my peach cobbler was gone. Instead a piece of chocolate cake. I don't eat chocolate. So only thing decent was the sweet tea. Horrible experience with food that was trashed. Almost 30.00 to not eat.

Manager Dina was extremely accommodating to my mom’s special needs. She went out of her way to make my mom feel special. I truly appreciate the hospitality that she showed she was outstanding
