I am trying to spend money at home to help businesses stay open, if I spend almost $5 for a hamburger I expect it should be on fresh bread and that bread not be stone cold. Very unhappy with my food!
when i order my burger and got home the burger was COLD, ,CHESSE WAS cold.... if the burger wpuld had been freshly made like the "Manager Jonathan" said it would have melted. per our phone call. i go up there to return burger and Jonathan tell me i have to wait bc he was busy, and also i couldnt speak to owner till tomorrow. i was so pissed bc this so call manager has no customer service skills. the burgers was 2 bucks.He gave me my money, instead i gave it back to him! yes i...read full review
