Bought 1 pound of Cracklins. They were extremely over cooked. Some were practically burnt. I ate a few and called to let them know. Asked if I could bring them back. Basically, they said, “No, sorry! Better luck next time! Taste them before you leave next time.” So if you’re gonna pay almost $30 for a pound of cracklings make sure you taste them before you leave!😬

Very clean and organized store. The staff were helpful and patient with me since it was my 1st time there. I was able to purchase hot food that I used as samples before buying. The pepper jack boudin ball are the best! The pork and chicken crackling were well seasoned and not too crunchy.

I'm sorry but this place was not what I expected for that price. The cracklins taste like sugar. I have never experienced sugar cracklins before. I thought this place came from the boot. Not even close. The boud boudin balls were mid at best. Never will I ever

Satisfied with the atmosphere, cleanliness and friendly staff. Though Not a traditional sit down restaurant, The smoked sausage was good and my husband loved the boudin balls. We will definitely be back. If you’re looking for homemade classic Cajun food try them out.
The employees were awesome. Even the other customers that were there couldn't stop raving about the Boudin Balls and Cracklins. Everyone in line were just talking and having a good time. I got the Boudon Balls and the Boudin Balls with pepper jack cheese. They were pretty good. I got there around 5 and they had a lunch special, but all of the food was already put away. I dont know if maybe you have to ask them and they cook it in the back maybe?

If you love “REAL” “homemade” Cajun food, this is the ONLY place to go! Every year, I take a 6 hr drive back home and stock up on boudin. So happy to finally have authentic home Cajun food so close now. 10/10 ♥️
