Had the burnt ends, potato casserole and the cole slaw. The food was atrocious. Zero flavor, barely above room temperature, and way overpriced. I will never eat at another Dickeys bbq restaurant

Nomnomnom. Good food. Good service. Good place to grub on tasty bbq !!! Had the two meat plate with two side’s —delicious!!! Highly recommend stopping in or ordering online for pickup OR cater your next event.Parking: Park right out front.Kid-friendliness: They have current holiday papers for kids to color while they wait on their meal.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of open space to accommodate wheelchairs.
Service was good, food was good. DEFINITELY see myself ONLY eating in due to their warm BBQ sauce options.. I never know how much I want to drink so can’t take those risks with ordering to go or delivery.

The food was good, but I am writing in the hopes that they will do better with curbside service. The order tracking feature was not updated, so I did not know my food was waiting. There is no clear indication of where to park, so the employee said she couldn't find me, even though I described my car accurately. When I voiced my concern, she implied that the owner might listen to me over her. Hopefully this is true.

Uber delivery brought me a picnic pack that had not a single piece of meat in it--only bread and sides (which i am now afraid to eat). Dickey's says they are going to make it right. Hope so. You lost a customer tonight and I will spread the word about UberEats.

Came to Dickey's Barbecue Pit for the first time. I saw an advertisement that looked really good so I told my family to go with me. I ordered the giant baker with sliced brisket, 12 wings, and an order of fries, and drinks. When I got my food, the wings were hard and my potato literally had a spoonful of sour cream and about 2 to 3 small pieces of brisket. I asked my husband how much he paid and said $62, turns out they sell bottled drinks $6.50 each. I had already paid $62, so I just ate it. I left the fries for last just to find myself with a mouthful of salt. Very disappointed ?

When we got our food, which was 3 fully loaded baked potatoes, chicken nuggets and Mac in cheese,The baked potatoes were cold, chopped beef was coldMac n cheese was over cooked, nuggets well my grandson didn't like them, the staff were nice so they re-did the baked potatoes but by then we were not impressed at all. I payed over $50 for something that nobody ate. Very disappointing.

The brisket and chicken are both dry to the point that I needed sauce just to be able to swallow them. The ribs were good for the most part, but the meat on the end pieces was super hard, and almost hurt going down. The sausage was good, no complaints. The mac and cheese is comparable to kfc mac and cheese, nothing special there. Staff is friendly. One of the bathrooms smells like sewage. Overall not worth the $37 dollars I spent.

Food was terrible. Place was dirty. The table && chairs had food crumbs all over it. We all got a loaded baked potato... it was cold. They got us "new ones" && they were also cold. The brisket was all fat. Only decent thing about the meal was the BBQ sauce. It was my mother's decision to go here but I can guarantee I'll never be back. Complete waste of money for nasty cold food.
