I ordered online originally ordered a sandwich took my shower waiting on it to be delivery I had a missed call & left a voicemail saying they are out of bread call back I called they said they’re out of bread what would I like to replace it with I said Alfredo pasta so when my food gets here this is exactly what I got barley anything looks rushed and thrown together and I took one bite wasn’t appetizing at all so I didn’t eat it now I’m going to bed without dinner after a 12 hour shift and 1 hour drive home very disappointed and irritated

We placed an online order at 9:32 pm. Arrived and paid for food around 9:45. It’s 10:05. Food was cold, undercooked and not fresh. Plus I ordered bbq wings and they gave us buffalo. Place was way too slow to not get our order right and not cook the pizza properly.

This location is similar to all others. However; after our order is delivered today, we are very likely not going to patronize further. The last time we had an issue with a delivery driver having no change despite the fact that they are obligated to. Today, the app advised that we can longer order and pay in cash unless the order is less than $30 which is ridiculous. Forcing customers into a specific payment type or limiting what can otherwise be ordered will ensure that this household goes elsewhere.

Delivery took over an hour!! Ordered at 1:08pm and our food didn’t arrive until 2:17pm!!! Food arrived cold and the pizzas were overcooked. This was the absolute worst pizza ive ever ate! I’ll go with Pizza Hut from now on at least their food arrives hot and the delivery never takes an hour!!!
