This whole team was amazing. I locked myself out of my car while waiting on my big pickup order and they let me get the order delivered last minute and still managed to be there earlier than my original eta, they were a life saver. Y’all saved a birthday party ❤️

I've been calling non stop to CANCEL my order so y'all don't have to waste food but y'all don't answer. The order was placed online by accident, I immediately called to cancel but I guess the pizza is going to sit there bc nobody knows how to answer a phone

When you place an order at 10:35 pm inside an it takes an hour to Get food is kinda ridiculous. Never had an issue during the day when its busy.

Omg I cannot recommend going to this dominos enough I don’t even live in baytown, but I make the drive because of the quality that this dominos brings. My favorite employee Dominic is such a sweet heart, and definitely knows his way around customer service. I have never had a problem with the service, or quality of the food here.

For the second time now we've received orders over an hour late, cold, and soggy. The business we order for is literally two minutes up the feeder from the store. So instead of accepting a free pizza, I called and NICELY asked for my money back, because we do not plan on dealing with this again. I also work with customers daily and understand that things happen. The employee instantly had an attitude with me about it, which I would understand if I called raising hell, but I didn't. He then hung up on me while I was trying to explain to him why I needed a refund. Short on staff or not, when something needs to be made right, there is no reason to act like a child about it. Have your driver look at a map before driving across town before delivering to a customer two minutes up the feeder. Common sense.

Ordered on line for delivery. Buffalo chicken pizza had 1 small piece of chicken per slice and BBQ chicken bites were burnt. Spent way too much for what was delivered.
If you have a large group of hungry football players or if you are just in the area, this is THE Domino's for you!!! Josh took such great care of our high school football team while playing in the area! He and his team went above and beyond in every way!!! The food, service, punctuality, and our order was absolutely perfect! We can't wait for next season, because we know exactly who to contact for our post game meal. To Josh and your team, thank you so very much!

I placed an order for delivery, waited an hour, was then told that it would take 45 minutes to deliver or I could come pick it up, came in, waited another hour, was told that they had already delivered my order, came home to an empty front porch and thirty dollars gone from my card. If you don't want to waste your time and money, I'd suggest going anywhere else.
