For the second time now we've received orders over an hour late, cold, and soggy. The business we order for is literally two minutes up the feeder from the store. So instead of accepting a free pizza, I called and NICELY asked for my money back, because we do not plan on dealing with this again. I also work with customers daily and understand that things happen. The employee instantly had an attitude with me about it, which I would understand if I called raising hell, but I didn't. He then hung up on me while I was trying to explain to him why I needed a refund. Short on staff or not, when something needs to be made right, there is no reason to act like a child about it. Have your driver look at a map before driving across town before delivering to a customer two minutes up the feeder. Common sense.

Ordered on line for delivery. Buffalo chicken pizza had 1 small piece of chicken per slice and BBQ chicken bites were burnt. Spent way too much for what was delivered.

Josh took such great care of our high school football team while playing in the area! He and his team went above and beyond in every way!!! The food, service, punctuality, and our order was absolutely perfect! We can't wait for next season, because we know exactly who to contact for our post game meal. My family and I have had a series of great experiences with this location over the past approximately two years.The tougher economy forces us to limit our meals out but the great Domino's coupon deals available on the app make it work!We placed an online order today while already out and drove over to pick it up. It was ready almost ten minutes earlier than estimated on the app. Josh was friendly and provided pleasant and speedy service while simultaneously making other pizzas. He appears to enjoy his work and takes pride in his store's accomplishments.Our orders are consistently accurate and we enjoy the recipes. The toppings are tasty and seem to be of good quality. Many of the other big-box competitors have changed their recipes and the results are underwhelming for the prices. Couple that with the fact that (in our experience) many local competitors are not consistent in quality and accuracy so Dominoes just comes out on top.While it is often less expensive to pickup, we sometimes still order delivery and find the drivers to be rather quick and very friendly.Many businesses in the fast-food industry have lately struggled with quality and personnel issues, but this particular Dominoes does it right.

We ordered two pizzas for pickup; I received a message saying the pizza would be ready between 5:05 to 5:15pm. My husband arrived at 5:05 but had to wait till 5:30 for the pizza to be ready (the app had said my pizza was being made before 5pm). I had called to confirm that my pizza would not be burned since I had a thin crust and my husband had a regular crust.Online I ordered extra sauce for the regular pizza (pizza was DRY). The thin crust pizza was overcooked dry (and made wrong) and hard on the bottom. I like to eat pizza as leftovers but this will not be happening since this pizza is overcooked and under sauced. The pizza at the Dayton location is always good when I pick it up-but I would pass on this location. This location wasted our time and $.

I paid for a large two topping pizza and buffalo wings to just come home and find out my pizza had no toppings at all and my wings barely had any sauce on them.
I order a lot of food from this location and they’ve always been friendly and pleasant to do business with. Highly recommended

Worst pizza ever and I use to love DominosDeluxe thin cast no onions no peppers had to pay for Xtra toppings then it was burnt and the fire alarm was going offAND THIS IS A BOGUS FAKE EMAIL ADDRESS THEY reply back withFeel like I got robbed

They don’t wash their hands after handling cash at the register.He started working on a pizza before washing his hands after just handling my cash at the register”.I asked do you all wash your hands before handling pizza and his response was it all depends if we are busy . I was not going to let him start on my pizzas with out washing his hands. I will Not order pizza again … gross gross.

Ordered on 3-26-23 @ 330pm. Worst pizza I ever had. I overlooked 2 red flags: the place was empty and the disgusting looking manager came out the back chewing food telling the guys making pizza to go easy on the cheese cuz they were down to 1 box. Got home and the $14 large hand tossed pepperoni I ordered appeared to be made out of a small ball of dough that they spread real big and thin. Pizza was basically sauce in a box with pepperoni sprinkled on top. Total trash!
