Seemed like a good place lots of parking especially for truck drivers and such
The service was exceptional this morning! The young man who took my order was very polite and knowledgeable. Our drinks were excellent.

Loved our coffee, but this place was having trouble with keeping up and getting out orders. They asked us to pull around and then never brought the order. We had to go in and request it.

I have been at this store multiple times, coffee is always good. The donuts are another matter. The donuts are always cold. If you go through the drive-thru you might not get what you asked for. This is dunkin' donuts not Duncan coffee the donut should be fresh not cold.
I understand it’s fast food, but slow down a little bit and make sure order is correct. Nothing worse than ordering food waiting in line just to get order all jacked up.
I was sent here to door dash and this place is attached to a major gas station. The gps had me on the other side of the 99 toll.

On 12/2/2024 I walked in for lunch. Not a living soul behind the counter. I waited a few minutes, looked behind the racks and couldn't see movement. As I turned around to leave the worker was tucked in the corner of the restaurant playing on her phone and knew I was there the whole time. Didn't even say one word as she watched me look for people.

Bacon egg cheese croissant, hash browns & 5 blueberry donut holes. The hash browns were all mushed into a glob, they were super greasy. The croissant was mashed and just tasted like old butter, with a sliver of bacon & an egg. The egg was pretty much the only real edible thing. The donut holes weren't anything to write home about. No better than packaged donuts.

This place let me down 2 days in a row. Shame on me for trying them a second time! The first day I ordered 8 boxes of coffee through UberEats to be delivered to my company by 5:30 AM. When UberEats arrived at Dunkin', the order hadn't even been started. UberEats arrived with my order at 6:07 AM. The next day I decided to pick it up myself, and asked them to have 8 boxes ready at 5:00 AM. When I pulled up at 4:45 the lights were off, but the door was open. I asked about my order and they said they were just starting it but they would have it ready in 10 minutes. About 30 minutes later they had 2 boxes ready. I took them to my office and returned 20 minutes later to pick up the other 6 boxes, but they only had 4 ready. I never went back for the other 2. Will not use them again.

I can't even rate the food cause i never got any. Walked in and nobody was at the counter or even acknowledged i had walked in. Heard people talking in the back and waited a few minutes before i decided to leave. Talk about stealing time. Not doing the job you are paid to do.
