I come to Dutch bros a few times a week and usually the customer service is amazing. Today when I went I asked for the same thing I always get .A golden eagle upside down( the first time I asked for suggestions this is what a worker told me to ask for when I wanted a macchiato ) the lady taking my order was extremely rude about it and went “nobody here knows what that means I’ll put it and if you get it fine “ like she was extremely rude . It was the young lady with the long brown braid . My husband and I were both in shock because I have never been talked to like that at Dutch bros . Completely turned me off and I forgot to scan my app . The customer service was on of the main reasons I kept returning to this location. But I think at this point I’ll just go to Starbucks .ALL THE OTHER EMPLOYEES THERE WERE NICE AND MY COFFEE WAS MADE RIGHT SO THEY OBVIOUSLY KNEW WHAT UPSIDE DOWN MEANT

We ordered simple drinks, straight off the menu, no alterations.
They charged us for added coffee to a birthday cake shake that we did not ask for added coffee, but even so they actually gave us a cotton candy shake with added coffee. It was green and weird looking…I guess brown coffee plus blue cotton candy makes puke green. Gave it back to them through the window explaining thoroughly what we actually ordered, they remade. Wound up with just a plain cotton candy shake. They could not comprehend that we ordered a birthday cake shake and so we just gave up and left.
The Golden Eagle was ok, but not feeling well after drinking it.
Safe to say, we gave this a chance and won’t go back

First time I ever went to Durch Bros, I will Not go back. I stopped in to grab a coffee on my way to work and was stuck in line for over 30 mins to get a small coffee. I would have left it had I been able to exit the drive thru! Ridiculous!!! Bunch of young teens running this place! Trapped, charged for it and coffee wasnt that great!

If you accept watered-down beverages and inaccurate orders, this may be the place for you. However, if you prioritize quality, consider established brands like Starbucks or Dunkin.

Had ordered a large mocha protein latte and it was horrible. It tasted like the coffee was burnt and no flavor of mocha. So disappointed! Never had this problem with any other Dutch Bros location.

I work down the road from this place, and I wanted to try it out. I got the Aftershock Rebel blended, and now I'm a repeat customer. They have an app, so you can order ahead. The service is always friendly and way better than the other guys. They do serve coffee, but I don't drink coffee. My wife does, and she loves it. I definitely highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to try something else beside the "other place".

Oh wow today is Labor Day I still buy Dos Bros usually buy this store but for the last week when I always stop by and spend 20 to 40 minutes in line, but today was too much extremely we waiting one hour in the line I have an appointment so I left my daughter in the store they give you the coffee very cool. We just drove awayand was good. I paid $23 for the coffee. Dunwood prepare cool because I order hot. I don’t know what’s going on.
