Old lady that is a waitress there is super rude and disrespectful. We left restaurant because of her attitude and the way she talked mess as she was walking away.

I've never been told that I couldn't sub refried beans for charro beans, and I couldn't even pay an upcharge. I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the Garth Rd location from now on, because the service is unable to think like a human.

Sylvia is a great manager, and Rosa is a great server. Food was great as always. We had fajitas and a small queso.

Bought two dozen tamales now this not a typical place that sells tamales by the dozen but they accommodated me. The the TAMALES were dry as saltine crackers with too much MASA but I give them an E for EFFORT

This is a shout out to AJ at the corporate office for taking care of me today. Our family has been eating at El Toro for many years. We love their food and service. Today I called about some confusion on points earned with their new rewards system. I just knew I was owed more points. I had a call back from AJ at the corporate office on a Saturday when he wasn't at work just to help me out. Turns out I misunderstood the points due to having earned a reward and the system not showing all the transactions. Not only was he extremely patient and kind and figured out what was going on, he still gave me extra points for my trouble. That is excellent customer service.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all, there was flies in our drinks and when I asked the lady that was our waitress if she could switch our drinks she said she was really sorry that they been having this problem for months already and their boss just doesn't care. The worst part is that we saw a RAT running under the tables, we let the waitress know and she said that it's also a problem they been having, she said you don't want to go look in the kitchen because it's worst, so we kindly asked to cancel our order. Maybe OSHA or someone needs to go look at this company because I also heard that the owner owns a tortilla factory close to the restaurant so imagine how that looks, JUST DISGUSTING.

I had never been to El Toro until today. I ordered mixed fajitas when my food arrived. My food was quickly swarmed with flies. Flies in my flies in my drink.
I requested the manager and a young lady came over And told me they’ve had this problem for a while and disappeared for about 10 minutes and came back with an offer of 50% off my food when I asked to speak to her boss I was told that he was in a meeting and couldn’t be bothered by me.
I would warn anyone in Baytown not to eat at this place if there’s flies in the dining room imagine what’s in the kitchen. Good luck to anyone that visits his place. Who would eat at a restaurant that doesn’t feel it’s necessary to be sanitary.

Great food, great service

Great food! The service is amazing. Great atmosphere. I’ll say this I planned on take a picture of the plate of food but forgot because it look so good that I couldn’t wait to eat it. I did get some of the restaurant and there dips and chips. Great place to eat.

We decided to go to the one on bayway since I was told it's the original location and it's better than the Decker location. The food was good however we prefer the Decker location maybe because of the location it's busier. My husband had the ground beef nachos and I had the combo fajita salad. We both enjoyed our meals but the salsa was a bit weaker than we've had.

Went for lunch, and they were packed. We were a party of six. The service was prompt and friendly. The dining area was spotless as well as the restrooms. Are food came out piping hot and everyone enjoyed their lunch. Will definitely be going back.
