El Toro Mexican Restaurant - Garth

I go to El Toro every Monday night for supper and to play SINGO. Dave ,I believe is the manager and the Waiter/ Waitress staff is unbelievable. They were always there to help you with whatever you need or wanted.

Great tex mex... The food and the service were great. The server checked on us often but gave us space... The food was cooked and prepared well... Alot of beef fajitas you get the meat is tough and hard to bite through. Not here the meat was tender and very flavorful.. when I bit through the taco I bit right through the meat and wasn't pulling whole pieces of meat back through.... Good stuff.....right on...😎🤙

It’s a busy Friday even and Adonyss was our server. He is amazing! His personality alone is a reason we enjoy going here. The food is perfect every time. He gave me suggestions for a vegetarian entree and he was very personable. This guy is has a bright future.

I live about 45 minutes away, but the food alone makes the trip well worth it. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to PERFECTION. The drinks were also excellent (strong and tasty).

The customer service was friendly and efficient, which made for an all-around pleasant dining experience (thank you Rhiana).

I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re in the area or even if you have to drive a bit—totally worth it!

julian is the best server ever, great with modifications on food, quick with the refill on drinks and chips. accommodating and very funny. haven’t been in years and he was a great reminder on why this location is such a baytown gem!
