Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I usually come here very often when traveling the lady. In the drive through is very rude she doesn’t allow you to finish ordering before she ask a million times is that anything else , very rude closed the drive thru window very rudely while we were still asking for condiments , and instead of telling us when we first ordered everything they were out of she wait til the end to let us know what we ordered they were out of . Very rude and bad attitude , then another lady had to come to the window and help also no receipt

I would love to let the manager know my husband and I were in the establishment on 8/26/2025 @8:49 pm. We were greeted by a young lady named Rae! She made us feel at home and made a complete difference in our dinner experience there. Polite and kind so helpful. There was also a young man with red hair there who helped place an order and we were extremely happy with his service sorry I didn’t get his name. We had stopped going there our last experience months ago was the complete opposite of last night Rae and this red headed young man changed everything for us at Freddy’s ! I hope the manager reads this to them and they know just how much we appreciated their hospitality.

The food is great but my god the drive through lady talks so fast and is like rushing you it was terrible made me wanna say something to her she just instantly talked fast and was getting my order wrong

Would rate zero stars if possible. Lady calling out orders is clueless. Made my order wrong twice and then gave my sundae to someone else. Never coming here again.

My food was fresh and was out in a timely manner, my only complaint was that I didn’t have any napkins in my bag.

Waited for almost 10 minutes just to get my order taken and no one else in line I just stood there, then another 10 minutes because they prioritize the drive thru and pretend to not see my order and the drive thru order is done first and sobi left without what i originally ordered becuse you know....the drive thru.
Honestly when someone is standing in the establishment they should be immediately recognized and attended to...BUT NOPE, all about the stupid drive thru! All I ordered was a shake and sundae! 🤬🤬🤬

Fast food place that still taste good! Like many i am trying to make healthy decisions while still being part of a group and go on adventures. It was dinner and movie - and I got an amazing burger lettuce wrapped. Still got to enjoy a wonderful perfume meal with everyone while still making smarter eating choices.

This place was amazing made my experience on trying Freddy’s worth it with will definitely eat here again and the workers were so sweet and kind
