Our family had an amazing time sitting at the hibachi! The cook was amazing and the food was delicious! The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We may not have his name correct but KG with the gages is awesome and so much fun! Will definitely be back again!

Fuji Japanese Restaurant was a letdown. The sushi was lackluster and lacked freshness. The accompaniments were even more disappointing - the ginger was dried out and the wasabi was bland.
On the bright side, the service was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough to make up for the subpar food. Hopefully they'll revisit their ingredient sourcing and preparation.

It's really nice to have an all you can eat sushi restaurant close by, and not not have to drive across Houston to get to one. Good selection, good service. The one suggestion, and/or request I have, would be to have tea pots of hot tea, for those of us who prefer to have hot tea with or meal, instead of just a cup of hot water and a tea bag. It would greatly improve the dining experience.

We decided to stop and eat as a family here and never will again. We asked for spicy mayo and omg it was sooooo sweet! Horrible. Restrooms ewwwww it was so gross! Stunk horribly as well. The waiter seriously gave himself an 18 dollar tip. When we said something to him he said that when there's 5 people at a table they have to. We had gotten the chicken and steak fried rice and there was little bitty pieces of steak and smallllll pieces of chicken! Eat at this place at your own risk! Grosssss and made me wanna vomit afterwards.

The waiter was excellent. I ate alone, dine in. It has the fun tables for group eating drama with a table cook. Maybe that's the problem. I didn't want to do that. The food I served was expensive but really not that tasty or well prepaid. In fact, frozen would have been better at home. Sad. But again, judging by the festive people at the big tables, i think dine in off the menu is a bad idea.
This restaurant was great. They had a hibachi side, and a sushi side with booths and bar seating. The food was great quality with good service. It was perfect for date night!

My son and I have gone twice here. We always have the best time. The guys cooking always made us laugh. The servers always on point with refils and taking empty bowls or plates. I have recently gotten into trying sushi. They have the sushi prepared right as you order it. You should definitely take the time to go and try it out.
