The nastiest food I’ve ever ate, this place use to be good years ago, I haven’t been in years, went today got the chicken fried steak, corn and a salad. The chicken fried steak was tough, all the food had no bodies seasoning on it I had to pour salt and pepper on everything, the gravy on the chicken fried steak was not gravy I don’t know what it was, but it was nasty, the salad was a 4 out of 10, and the ranch was watery. I will never step a foot in this place again my food came out to $20.29. Waste of $20.29 the place was completely empty when I went in that should’ve told me something.

It's ok, and the price is competitive.

The problem is I actually don't think they season anything. I don't think any of the meat has a seasoning rub before cooking and if it does it's the lightest layer it could be. Please season the brisket and you'll get more business I promise.

The food is as ok. The food is not season to perfection, but if you want cheap barbecue with water down bbq sauce then go for it. Hard pass going to Rudy’s next time for mom’s birthday.

Although the atmosphere is comfortable and ordering online is easy my order was still wrong. I paid 18.99 for the 3meat plate. The meat is bland, the jalapeños bread has to be dip in the bean juice which is the wrong beans btw. The ribs dry and the bbq is watery. I did let them know they gave me pinto instead of baked she said she’d credit that. I had to leave a review because I expected more from this bbq place but I’m ok with eating there again. I would not recommend! This baby scoop of macaroni is not what’s up! My husband say “felt like we were fed scrapes & on top of that thought he was getting the whole bird we got feathers lmao!”

For lunch there was a delicious brisket menu to fortify you. The barbeque sauce, homemade of course, suits my taste exactly.

So excited to try a place that's just a 3 minute drive from home. I was wrong. It was a $34 mistake for 2 stuffed potatoes and 2 dried up ribs.

1) imitation bacon bits on the baked potato
2) imitation butter (a.k.a margarine)
3) the potato itself came from the same era as our Holy scripture. I've heard of twice baked but these 2 were more like a dozen times baked.
4) portion? Felt like the portions came off an episode of 'Extreme Cheapskates'.
5) the sauce wasn't saucey. Imagine taking a teaspoon of bottled sauce, mixing it equally with ketchup and then adding a gallon of water - that's the sauce consistency and flavor.
6) speaking of flavor, like the portion size, also missing.
7) the ribs were shoe leather.
8) when I say not one person working there had even a crinkle of a smile - dead faced the whole 10 minutes I was there. (Ordered to go)
9) lesson learned! Just wait for Big Pappas Smokehouse to be open the next day.

Very disappointing. If I could rate this place a zero, I would. I do NOT recommend this place for bbq or anything. Food was nasty, meat had no flavor and “bbq sauce” was liquidy & tasted like nasty tomato sauce.

Goings is my go to for terrific BBQ. Stand outs to me are Chicken and Ribs. Give them a try!!
