We had the mochiko chicken, huli huli chicken and a spam musubi. Everything was delicious and fresh! We will definitely be going back. A must try!!

My daughter and I drove down from mid Missouri to visit the aunts, uncles and grandparents for Christmas. This food truck is one of my aunts and uncles weekly stops. We received a genuine aloha and some great conversation with the owners before the dinner rush. If you have an appetite the portions are insane and the flavors are endless! I had the "Chef's Mercy"(Chef's choice) and was 111% satisfied!Try the shrimp empanadas too!This just became one of our have to stop by every year we come down spots. Thank you guys for the excellent experience and "ROCK ON"!

Eclectic and delicious Caribbean and Hawaiian options. Picadillo empanadas are great! Kalua pork and loco moco burger are good. Friendly service from a MB local and veteran.

Nice place to eat. I ordered the mini-sliders and empanadas. The first time i picked up for it was great. BUUTT The last 2 times we visited, my food was burnt and little flavor so we haven't went back.

From the moment we arrived, Be Calm Be Cool Eats brought the spirit of aloha to every bite! The food is bursting with bold island flavors, fresh, vibrant, and delicious. Whether you're craving a classic loco moco, or tender kalua pork, every dish tastes like it came straight from the island. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, happy to explain the dishes and recommend their favorites. You can tell they care about creating not just a meal, but a full experience. It’s a perfect spot when you want to escape the ordinary! Huge portions, fair prices, and amazing flavors!

This place knows flavor! Tried the Mochiko chicken, teriyaki beef and loco moco. Everything was absolutely delicious.

We'll be back to try the Kahlua Pig and Chefs specials. The pina colala cake was delicious as well. Definitely a must try place if you live in the area.

Hits the spot

Went on a Wednesday and had the loco moco and the Puerto Rican style pork chops and both were amazing super fresh and flavorful I was recommended by the young man behind the counter to try the chocolate cake and it did not disappoint! Will definitely be back!

Food be never disappoints, the guy running this food truck is a cool dude. Enjoy hanging out and waiting on my food.

Really great food and atmosphere. Local legit Hawaiian and Puerto Rican food. You have to try the red rice. I'm a regular.
