The worst GAC cookie cake I have ever purchased. First of all, they didn’t even make the cake with the design I ordered.. Not a big deal though & I took it home anyway with no complaints. When we got home & ate it, it was a different story. The cookie cake was extremely dry & tasted stale/old. It was like eating a graham cracker with old icing on it. We’re currently in Baytown for work & the next time I need a cookie cake I will make the hour drive to our hometown GAC.

While i have only been to this place a certain amount of times, i did enjoy working here for an internship in the sunmer years ago. The food was always great, i had good training for phone calls, over the counter service, baking cookies and cookie cakes, even dealing with certain customers who had expectations that were not met.
Always get my niece a cake for her birthday. Easy ordering online...

One employee was extremely rude, sat on their phones the entire time I was inside, Was rude to my 9 year old daughter. Was out of cones and made us pay $1.69 extra to even get ice cream, and was just sitting on her instead of making more cones. This employee with glasses and a beaten up great American cookie hat should be fired immediately. Also the prices are outrageous.

The Marble Slab ice cream was not made properly. The coloring and flavoring were both off. The workers behaved as if we were bothering them by wanting to order. The photo is me showing my kids how strange the strawberry ice cream looked. It's always been a light pink. I got a sample and all you could taste was did coloring. Extremely disappointing.The cookie my husband bought was fine.

This place is going down, this my second time here this week and I’ve experienced a problem both times. First time they gave me old/stale cookie slices and now today I pick my son birthday cookie up and I wasn’t satisfied with it. The lady at the front basically said whatever deal with it but the younger lady offered to fix it but I didn’t have time.
I could not have asked for a better design for a cookie cake!!! My husband celebrated 10 years of working for Baytown Fire Department and I asked them to include a "Happy 10 years of service message" and then asked if they could maybe add a firetruck or fire or something symbolic to the fire department. They went above and beyond! This was more than I ever could have imagined. My husband was so excited and so surprised. Their decorating was top notch! There was an "s" missing in the word "years" but honestly I didn't catch it at first looking at the cake. They did a great job!!!

A really nice place, it's really clean too. We came in here and were even offered samples of the cookies that tasted amazing. There was also an incident with another client but the workers responded to it quickly and responsibly. Would recommend to anyone, they are lovely too.
